Came here to get a souvenir, super excited to finally visit Roswell. Let me tell you, one of the worst experiences. I'm waiting in line, finally it's my turn. The guy at the register walks away and doesn't acknowledge me standing there. The other worker comes over, doesn't say anything to me but sees me waiting there with my stuff. Then he proceeds to open a different register and tells the two ladies behind me that they are next and helps them. Gave me an instant RACIST A** VIBE. I left my souvenirs on the counter and left. Disgusting

Same issues that other reviewers have noted, extremely slow pumps, restrooms out of order, etc. Since the problems keep recurring it seems like they don't much of an interest in improving.

Such exemplary employees to think of the customers to keep the middle john out of order and the left one filled with fecal matter the size of Jabba the Hut to attract the flies to keep them off the far right only working one, what a brilliant strategy!

This Allsup's is a great pit stop north of Roswell, NM.It is apparently open 24/7 as of 5/29/2023.During Memorial Day, it was super packed inside the store. But the mostly friendly employees picked up the pace very quickly. The fuel pumps were all available except one. Diesel is available - several big rigs were able to get in and out seemingly easily. The women's restroom has lots of stalls. Not always the cleanest & they do not offer towels for hand drying, but I have no major complaints.Don't forget to try the "World Famous Beef & Bean Burrito." With a packet or two of taco sauce. Avoid settling on the chimichanga. It's not good.I like this stop particularly if I don't want to drive through town. There is a shortcut if you're headed towards Tatum or the Texas border via Pine Lodge and Red Bridge Roads.

Not sure why this place is getting such horrible reviews. I'm a truck driver and they have a huge lot (dirt, gravel) for overnight parking. The men's restroom was clean. Only problem I saw with the restroom was only one hand soap dispenser and only air dryer. The store itself is fabulous. Small grocery store for the most part without huge truck stop prices. All the cashiers were very friendly and greeted me. Got a couple burritos and they were good. Keep up the good work.

Plenty of truck/ Rv parking 1/2 black top and rest dirt. Keep it clean trash cans by fuel island. Clean store has everything including beer! Clean rest rooms, Cat scale, diesel, hot case beef bean burritos and few other hot items. Stay on 285 it runs right into Allsups/Valero below 70 interchange.
