I chose this business based on recommendations but am sadly disappointed. I agree a lot with Sue M's google review experience. The attention to detail with body work and painting was disappointing and the owner took no responsibility for the results. If you choose to accept an estimate with this business make sure you audio record your transaction because what you communicate as your desired outcome for your vehicle and what they interpret are going to be two different things.

One of my doors was not opening, and I was suggested this location from a local mechanic for body repair. Not only did they exceed my expectations, they were able to organize a time to work on my car while I was out of the country. It took them about 2 days, I was on my trip about a week. Despite still being gone for another 5 days, West Mesa took great care of my vehicle and left it behind a locked gate until I returned, no extra charge. Friendly and reasonable people who treat you with respect as long as you show it back :) I highly recommend them.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Do not bother giving your business to this place. The owner is a cheapskate who takes zero accountability for his mistakes. He will rip you off. He will charge double the price for a a small job. He has a rodent problem as well. Rodents carry diseases!!! I am warning you stay away from this place. I found a rodent under my seat and mice droppings. Take one look at the owner and you will see his work reflects his business. He is rude condescending and arrogant. Stay away don’t give your time of day to this jerk. The owners name is Steve. It only a matter of time until this place’s closes and it will be for the better.

charged way too much for scratch and a few spots for paint. was promised that they would also (as part of the service) fix the other paint chips on the back bumper but never did. charged me over 1100. big time crooks and took advantage. 2 stars because the job was at least done.

They fixed my son's truck in 4 days. It had a dent and a broken tail light. They did a great job and the truck came out really nice. They were always super helpful when I called or stopped in. I had a good experience.
