One of the worst services ever. Branch manager is so rude was no help at all. We asked the manager for help and he just blew us off, he left us talking and walked away while saying he didn’t have time.

I have not needed to come to this bank in a while, but came to use the notary services. Now you cannot just walk in, you make an appointment online but that time has passed so still waiting… in other words make an appointment so they have you on a list but highly doubtful the time you request is when you are seen….im currently 30 min past my appointment time and waiting…..the line for the teller’s is long, it looks like one person is handling appointments so who knows how long we have to wait since no one tells you anything, just come sit down and wait. Fortunately WF is not my primary bank and now definitely will not make it my primary again.

I tried to sell money to buy a house and I was trying to send you diligence my house is already been sold and if I didn't have this I was going to lose the house I was trying to buy on Friday night they called me to verify which I did and after that they froze my entire account I had movers at my house waiting to get paid and I was about to lose my house if it weren't for Asia going out of his way to make sure that he took care of this for me and to make sure that I didn't lose my house and I had money to pay for the movers thank you Asia for everything that you did.

I can honestly say that I have NEVER been treated so rudely at a bank branch before. Until today. The male banker there was very rude and short with me, never smiled, and basically told me he was the only banker and I needed to make an appointment and walked away. I also bank at two other institutions and have always been warmly welcomed and treated with respect and kindness. I can guarantee you that I will never darken your doorway again and after my experience today, I may just pull my money from Wells Fargo all together. This person needs customer service training and after reading other reviews, it seems like they all do. I would hope that after having so many 1 star reviews that these issues would have been addressed. Would love to talk to the manager. Highly disappointed!!

This location is busy. Some of the bankers can deal with the stress, but some cannot. I just had an appointment with an aggressive male, his energy was very intimidating. I couldn't get done what I set out to do because he was scaring me. Not professional....

Imagine opening up a bank account which is technically a digital ledger and having very little money in it like maybe $900 and you come back about a year later and you see that there is a service fee every month and see that the money is almost all gone to maintain the account. This is what happened to me. This is robbery imo. Shoulda just kept my cash instead.

Pray you don't have account issues, minimal bankers available to help you, their phone line puts you on hold and then hang up, and no de-escalation skills. Account issues? Call the 800 number or go elsewhere they say. I say if you want banking, go elsewhere , because these guys can't help

The portly women won't help even tho they're contractually obligated to through the banks to make change orders. Worst bank in Rio Rancho and incredibly unhelpful. Once this contract expires I plan to move to an actual bank that can do actual banking services.

Their service is really gone downhill the tellers are great but bank is horrible I have a safety deposit box and sometimes I have to do business transaction and is just the worst service ever I am amazed that bank is still open but not just that one I've had the same issue with I used to bank on 4th Street. That is why I get great service from Nusenda Bank switching over has been the best thing I've ever done. But I do keep an account there just so I can keep my safety deposit box there

This bank is horrendous, customer service is awful. Reported suspicious activity in my account multiple times and the manager told me off! Been waiting to get rein-versed for a 250$ purchase not authorized by me and the manager couldn’t do anything. I recommend banking at a credit union you can’t trust this bank along with their lazy employees.
