This Walmart was horrible three years ago. I was very angry at the dirty store and rude associates. Things have improved quite a lot. I have learned how to navigate the store, and cultivate friendly exchanges with the employees. They are really a lot better. And way better than the Walmart in Durango, CO where I lived before.

If I could give them a negative star I would. They are the most rude, evil employees. Some little girl was so disrespectful to my 78 year old parents as they waited one hour for an order. Then they came out and said they lost my order. Zero customer service and total disrespect for elderly and veterans. It's bad enough that Walmart is destroying the country and getting rid of jobs, now they hire the cheapest, worst people to do the few jobs they have left. Please do not go to this Walmart ever! Smiths is free and a have always been kind and great customer service. Anyplace but Walmart!!!!

I purchased 4 new tires about 1.5-2 years ago with their warranty. I'm a realtor so I drive a ton. I got a flat tire yesterday so we took it in to be repaired this morning. They couldn't find me or the warranty in the system so they asked if I had even bought my tires through them. Why on earth would I lie about my warranty or where I purchased them from?? They said I would need to buy new tires but they didn't have them in stock. No thanks! I do not recommend Walmart auto and for sure not purchasing tires or any type of warranty from them.

I'm a DoorDasher and when I pick up orders I need to call and it's becoming more and more often that no one is at the pick up tower and no one will answer the phone (I literally come here so often that I have them as a contact) this is getting out of hand!!!

Changed the sticker: Wife and I stopped in at this Walmart and needed a snack. Went for a corn dog. No corn dogs, but the chicken sandwiches and egg rolls were ready, however, they had a weird sticker on them that showed they were made at 240PM. I asked if these items were made today and they said yes, so I told them its only 215PM. They took all eggbros and chicken sandwiches back and just changed the stickers. Brought them right back on shelf. WOW.

This store is an ok environment the staff had gloves and mask's. And the store is good and clean but the only thing that could use some work is the staffs personalities. When I had went up to an employee I'm not saying there name but I kindly asked if they can tell me we're I can find the sd storage cards they rudely Rolled there eyes and told me where it was I don't mind people being rude I mean I can under stand getting paid that much an hour I fill bad for them

Their service is horrible and their Managers Honesty and Veronica were no help what so ever!!! The Kiosk doesn't work and you have to call to pick up your order from beside. Most of the time when you call you get a machine and the mailbox is full. When someone finally shows up they take longer to go back and find the order. It is a mess of a system that they should work really hard on. I will be going down to the bottom of the hill from now on

Went to Walmart tonight, had a basket full of groceries. They had one check-out stand open. As I pushed my cart up, they said the lane was closed. I asked if they were going to open another one and was told I had to go to self check out. I don't get paid to check out. I don't get a discount to check out. I have a bad knee and was not going to take forever to check out and bag my own groceries. You have lost a customer for ever!

Horrible experience, I went for a discounted perfume. Clicked the button many times and about 5 times over the speaker is asked for customer assistance in my area. No one so I asked a near by employee and they said they'd tell someone, another 5 minutes and clicking the button with speaker about assistance in my area and nothing, I asked yet another employee and waited another 5 min clicking the button and again and again the speaker asking for customer assistance. I waited about 20 minutes asking several employees and clicking the button so many times and no one, left in a horrible mood.

Great selection of items and of course Wally World has the best prices around! This is a pretty busy location so you can count on being here awhile. Not a fan of all the self checker stations but they're easy enough. Produce is nice and fresh and beats the heck outta smiths prices!

Sky and Jose should not be dealing with customers. These 2 have no clue what customer service is. You can bet I will be driving out of my way just to make sure my money does not go to a store that hires people like them.

This is the first Wal-Mart I've seen that is very unorganized and everything scattered everywhere. I am not sure if they are reorganizing all their departments of the store but it's a chaotic nightmare trying to find anything when it's all scattered. They did not have any beer from La Cumbre. It was mostly domestics with only 2 local breweries Santa Fe and Bosque. Very disappointed. I don't like to go to Walmart usually anyways but I was in the area and wanted a beer to drink at my friends house up in Rio Rancho before we headed out to the casino. The staff isn't very friendly or inviting. I tried to come up to one of the staff members to ask if they carried La Cumbre and he was too busy stocking stuff with his headphones blasting he didn't even acknowledge my existence. The security guard at the entrance was no better he seemed more aware as to the events going on on Facebook on his phone rather than the rest of the place. Place could've been on fire and he wouldn't have noticed. His giant black cowboy hat he wore was just as surprising. I guess he was making plans for his weekend at work on his phone. I probably won't be returning to this location any time soon.

Ugh!! Don't even get me started. A billion dollar company. You'd think they could hire friendly people #1. #2 what is convenient about their buy online pick up in store? They forget to pull your order & if they do they forget to contact you. Amy the manager will blame it on "their system." Lol RIDICULOUS!!! I will make the trek to Bernalillo, where they are much friendlier.
