By far the worst Walgreens I’ve visited… Don’t think I’ve had a single decent interaction. THE PHARMACY IS HORRIBLE! Employees are disrespectful & rude.
Today, a tech got attitude, telling me I was wrong & insinuating I was ignorant about my meds, when it turned out she was looking at the WRONG patient’s profile… she continued nastiness after HER mistake & months of Walgreens screwing up my regularly scheduled pick-ups, then hung up on me after I thanked her for assistance. Be advised if you’re picking up meds, either inside or out, it will take an hour EVERY time. In another instance, they were having computer & connectivity issues, & ran my credit card 4 times, then accused me of having bad credit cards in a line full of people before the transaction finally went through. They didn’t apologize for embarrassing me publicly over THEIR machine’s issues. PLUS, Walgreens is THE most expensive pharmacy in the area. Moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

Worst customer service. My husband didn't inform me which Walgreens his prescription were at and I know that wasn't their fault But instead of looking up the info for me and letting me know it was at another location, all I got was vacant stares and no help and wasted time. Upon the second visit I finally had to get a second person to tell me it was at another location. That person was also cold and uncaring. Of course they made fun of me to each other and made me feel like garbage for a situation that was already stressful and would of been easily fixed with good communication and help. Please get someone with verbal and communication skills for your pick up window.

Went here to pick up a prescription that was needed only to find out that the pharmacy was closed and they didn't know if they would be open after 1.30p any day of the week. My rx wasn't even supposed to be ready until 2.45p so how am I supposed to pick it up if they aren't even open in the afternoons. They need to change the signs so people know before traveling to pick something up.

I picked my meds today. Your pharmacy staff is unhelpful, unfriendly, and unprofessional. The management is aware of these problems, and yet they do nothing to improve it.

I thought no that this Walgreens (Enchanted Hills) is the friendliest of any. I was pleased with Morgan when started going there! Lots of good \\u0026 caring people! That is why we go there \\u0026 get prescriptions. It is our “go to” driugstore!

Dr. called in my prescription and I went by Walgreen's the next day to pick it up. The pharmacy was closed for lunch. Went by the next day and the entire store was closed due to maintenance. Went by today, 7 days after my doctor called in my medication, and they are still closed for maintenance. Drive through was open, but I'm not waiting an hour in line to pick up my medications. The store by far is the worst Walgreen's I've ever been in. Will never use them again.

Pharmacy that is on the cusp of malpractice. They also contract their phone services to another part of the country. They do NOT keep their warehouses and Pharmacy inventory up-to-date so they will say that they have something in stock. Then when you get there. the pharmacist is offended that you even bring this up. And that they have no idea what they are talking about. THAT is a huge conflict in how effective a call center and overall business, especially a pharmacy, is at being able to get the right medicine to their patients. They will also tell you they have no choice in the matter of medication that they can get. This is not true. The pharmacist was completely unhelpful when i had an allergic reaction to new medication. She told me "to go on down the road". This is not acceptable and certainly not the first time this has happened. Customer service is non existent. The pharmacist here think they are above everything and everyone. They are unwilling to listen to you and help you as a patient which is their duty as a pharmacist. This pharmacy is going to be open to a law suit if they don't fix this. Here are the 4 requirements for malpractice case to be won by patients. 1. Their Duty: is to get patients their prescriptions in a timely manner. And answer and educate the patient if they have any question about a new medication 2. Breach of Duty: They fail miserably at this. If you didn't call to check if your prescription was ready or in stock you might be waiting years and still get the wrong prescription. 3. Injury/Harm: By not having prescription either in stock or being able to fill them in a timely manner(we are talking about days to weeks even months). 4. Proximate Cause of Injury/Harm: The pharmacist was directly responsible for the injury/harm of not explaining a new medication, refusing to answer any question about the new medication(which is their obligation) and when trying to transfer my prescription to a different pharmacy. They were extremely unhelpful getting my prescription over to the other pharmacy and my pharmacy was still trying to get my insurance information before they had a chance to hang up. They did not get that information before being being hung up on and this adds even further to the examples of malpractice i have listed above as negligence to patients. They have already been reported to the Board and Walgreens corporate, neither of which seem to really care. So my recommendation is to seek out a local pharmacy. These corporate pharmacy will all give you the same answers. They only buy the cheapest medicines because the insurance will only cover those and not the good ones. This is totally inaccurate, and if you talk to any of them Walmart, CVS, Walgreens they will all say the same thing. Quit getting the bottom of the barrel and go to another pharmacy! Not only are these places hard to deal with, they also give the worst/cheapest medicines they can get wholesale and leave them in a warehouse instead of direct orders. Like i said, don't expect them to change anytime soon. And neither should you. Go somewhere else if you care about your health and the health of your loved ones!

This store is as bad up front as the pharmacy service. This store needs to close. I go all the way to Bernalillo Walgreens. I have complained to district manager but nothing changes at the Enchanted location.

Had to get antibiotics prescription filled from the ER. Dropped it off in the evening, they said to come back the next morning. When I went back the next morning at 11 am it was not ready. I called another store to see if I could get it transferred to another Walgreens that could fill it faster. The other store said it was showing as ready in the system, so I would need to contact the first store. I went back and got the paper prescription - it wasn't ready - and took it to a completely different pharmacy chain. I think they are making their electronic system look like scripts are ready when they are not. Falsifying records. Also, other times, very long waits. Sometimes in store they are nice, sometimes rude. I often regret coming here. Spare yourself, there are a lot of other stores.

Pharmacy tech was the rudest customer service person I've encountered in years.
