Avoid Marilyn at all costs, most of the time the staff are courtesy, patient and communicate kindly, but Marilyn is always rude to me. I don't know if it's because of the insurance I use, which is Medicaid and I'm lucky to have, but I am embarrassed to be on it, but she is always impatient, lacks communication skills and passive aggressive. My experience would be better if I didn't have to have interaction with Marilyn.

these folks employ idiotas that will dramatically complexify your Rx access needs. It took me five trips to get them to agree that "No, it turns out children are covered under their parents' HI policy."This place sucks solely for the shit pharmacy.

Went for flu shot and COVID booster, wasn't sure where to check-in so went to consultation window. Apparently that was the wrong thing to do, got scolded for it in front of several other people. Good start. Checked in, lightly scolded again for not bringing enough paperwork (brought whatever confirmation info was provided in the emails). Time for the shots... Her: Which arm? Me: Doesn't matter, I'm getting two shots. Her: You wanted a flu shot? You didn't tell me! So there's a fancy online system for making appointments, and the people behind the counter know to confirm my identity, but they don't know why I'm there and it's my responsibility to inform them. Wish I'd known all that going in, or maybe I should've just asked at the consultation window... So let's recap. Light humiliation? Check. Completely ineffective use of technology? Got it. Please sir, may I have another?

This locations customer service in the Pharmacy is atrocious. The staff always look grumpy and treat you with very little respect! I'm not just talking about one instance on one day! I have been there for vaccines, now because Tricare (Military Insurance) is using Walgreens; I have to go there for prescriptions! They don't treat Veterans nor anyone else with a little common courtesy or customer service! I will not tolerate that! The staff at the pharmacy seems to be having a bad day every time I've gone there, and act like they are doing you a favor! If you hate your job that much quit! I don't know if this and employee issue or a management issue!? However, they need to explain things and give a little common courtesy! If I go back and am treated the same way I will report this and file a complaint to a higher headquarters! Not only did they treat me inappropriately but they did the same to my wife. Same Walgreens pharmacy different date and time! Unsatisfactory!; perhaps it's time for a little customer service and communication training!

The pharmacy personnel need major customer service skill. Very rude and more worried about the job than the customers. The woman in charge of shots needs a nice shot. Don't need to be so mean.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. First off I have to say that your lead pharmacist could use a few classes in common decency, HIPPA, and customer service. I tagged along today for my adult daughters COVID vaccine. After dealing with an insurance issue we were able to get her vaccine. While waiting we saw that the pharmacy tech had no idea on how to administer the vaccine and was getting step-by-step instructions on how to administer the vaccine all the way down to removing the safety cap. This should be elementary for a physician tech. We expressed concern and asked for another tech. A really sweet pharm tech agreed to do my daughters vaccine. As we were waiting your lead pharmacist and the untrained pharm tech were talking vulgar and complaining about myself and my daughter. I did inform the pharmacist that what she was doing was extremely unprofessional. She refused to speak to me. And just stared. At this point I was embarrassed for my daughter and myself. How DARE your pharmacist speak ill in regards to any patient. It's common medical practice. You should really review and make sure your staff is properly trained.

Customer service was just like I remembered it before I switched to CVS which has excellent customer service BTW. Very unprofessional and rude seems consistent with any location you go to whether it is Albuquerque or Rio Rancho. A bunch of techs who consult with patients without discretion of privacy. They never seem to have prescriptions matched correctly with copays from the insurance companies. Customer has to do their job and call numbers on back of insurance cards. Also expect a long wait even they have a bunch of staff walking around doing nothing and see you in line. Even though I thought it would be convenient because it was the closest pharmacy, I d rather drive farther and recieve professional service. Walgreens pharmacy is pretty consistent with bad service no matter the location so save time and avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Just stick to what your used to.

This was the first time that I used this location and they are just as good as rest of their locations. They always have friendly and helpful employees. Their NICE brand is better then most name brand products for a better price.
