Be wary of the random times you show up to drop off a pre paid package during business hours, and they are closed for their break.
This location is only open from 9am-4pm, and they have an hour they are closed from 1pm-2pm, which is undisclosed on the google Maps page.
Make it make sense..
It takes the convenience of this location and makes it not convenient at all.

The USPS agent, Pam is friendly, she provides great customer service and is very helpful and efficient.During peak mailing seasons, this office could use additional staff.

It is INSIDE ALBERTSONS! Had a hard time finding it the first time. Nice people. Convenient as it is close to my house. Be aware: It is closed for one hour for lunch between 1 to 2 pm.

There is one guy working there who has a really bad attitude. Yesterday he said it aloud to a customer - that he really hates working at Rio Rancho. He also let 5 customers stand in line while he talked baseball with the customer at the counter and processed his packages as slowly as possible.
