Rio Rancho USPS has got to be the worst mail option anyone can have. I wish I could give it zero stars.I have a business on Southern Blvd., just west of the Rio Rancho USPS main branch. They know our business hours and always try and deliver packages after hours stating the business is closed.I have even seen it stated that they tried to deliver a package and no one was in when I have been sitting here.When I track a package a lot of times it states it is out for delivery and never shows up on that day.I have sat here after hours waiting for an important package that states it is out for delivery and doesn't show up for a day or so.We also never receive mail on Mondays for some strange reason and they are constantly putting the wrong mail in the wrong box. I have even received mail for business that are not even close to this address.Several of businesses in this building have gone down to the post office and voiced our concerns to the manager. They land on deaf ears and always have excuses like the main delivery person was out sick or on vacation. They sure get a lot of sick days and vacation time I guess.We have been at this location for over 10 years. When we first occupied it you could set your clock at the time the delivery driver would be here. Well he retired and things have gone south ever since.They dso not answer the phone either. Cmon Man!I am sure this will land of deaf ears also.

This place is ridiculous they sent back my package and the reason was I'm an unknown person with an unknown address !!! That's ridiculous my address was on the shipping information with apartment # they always screw up my packages !!!

FIRES EMPLOYEES because they ask for help on big routes. The union REP at this location will allow you to get fired even if you have doctors notes (pathetic) They’re 30.60.90 day probation period evals are A JOKE. Their scheduling is not consistent, they set you up for failure and the management is full of JUDGEY females who have never worked up the chain of command. USPS is understaffed: good. Worst place to WORK! You will be filing grievances and talki no to REPS.

Just had my credit card info stolen at this location! Used a card I hadn’t used in months and within an hour was notified of fraudulent online purchases. Don’t know if it’s employee or if their system was hacked, but do NOT use a card here!

I don't usually write reviews because I don't believe in publicly bashing a business, however..... I cannot let what has happened go unspoken. First of all shame on me for giving the Rio Rancho Postal Services another chance. I should have learned after they lost my taxes last year. I gave them a second chance. I shipped a valentines care package to my daughters boyfriend at collage. They lost is and now are refusing to refund the $35.00 I spent to have it shipped. They are refusing because I used the UPS store to ship it. The UPS store is refusing to refund the shipping because it had to be shipped from their store via USPS because it was going to a PO box.... I dropped the package with the UPS store manager who put a a label on the box charged me and advised all is well!, I checked on the tracking after the package hadn't been received and saw that the the label still showed waiting for pick up... the UPS store stated that they did not have the package and the USPS courier must have just forgot to scan and to call the Rio Rancho Post Office. The Rio Rancho Post Office said there is nothing they can do they don't have the box. I spoke to Sara who said she spoke to the courier and he didn't know where the box was. I was treated rudely and poorly, I utilized their services and they treated me like I lost their possessions! VERY VERY VERY VERY Rude and extremely unprofessional. IF YOU HAVE TO SHIP SOMETHNING OR MAIL SOMETHING DO NOT USE RIO RANCHO POSTAL SERVICE GO TO ALBUQUERQUE. ITS WORTH THE DRIVE AT LEAST THEY WON'T LOSE YOUR PACKAGE.

This has got to be the WORST USPS I have ever experienced. Mail is CONSISTENTLY being delivered to the wrong mailbox. I had a custom item made for my husband, the tracking “left in parcel” I open my mailbox and no key. None of my neighbors had it either. Now, I have no idea where this went and I can’t file a claim on it either. When I go inside, my anxiety is sky high. Scott, that works there, is the MOST unpleasant person in that building. He is repeatedly rude to customers. We all had to tell him to stop yelling at an 80 something year old customer. I can’t believe he’s still employed there. I REALLY wish this place would get it together. The absolute WORST place of business ever.

I was trying to report a bunch of mail found in the Mesa I believe stolen and dumped but trying to get ahold of somebody is impossible terrible service yet their prices are increasing

It’s awful service. The bald guy is rude as hell. He should be fired. I’ve been waiting 6 months for my mailbox key and have to drive 20 mins to get my mail when my mail box is in front of my house.

Horrible customer service. I have been waiting two months for a mailbox key. Every time I go to the store, they do not know when it will arrive or give me any information on it. I tried calling (4) times today to get some sort of answer, and the phone would ring until it hung up. Then finally the final time I tried, the call was answered and then I was immediately hung up on. I still have no idea about my mailbox key and I have important mail sitting untouched due to the lack of care and attention of this post office. I highly recommend staying away from this post office if you can.

Just letting u guys know that there's one worker who works in front she's kicks butt big time when I always go in there she's always kicking butt . I DNT know her name but I know she's blonde and tall .

Website says the close at 3, Apple Maps says they close at 3, but yet there's a sign on the door that says "last transaction at 1:45". This would have been nice to know since the paradise post office sent me to this location.
