On Saturday June 17 , 2023 . I usually went to the bank on golf course and Paseo del Norte and I never have any problems with them . They are extremely kind and have great customer service. I went over there and they are not open on Saturday so I Rushing over to the one on rio rancho. I was 1min after 12:00 in the drive dru. I apologize for for being 1 min late and that I really need to deposit alot of cash for my business and can’t wait until Tuesday because the bank are closed on Monday. The lady at the window was very rude and told me they are closed and can’t take my deposit. I asked her please I just need to deposit I dont need a change or anything, she will not let me. I was shocked that they are already finish balancing the drawer after 1 min of closing. We balance drawer every day and it doesn’t take us 1 min at least 15 min. Sometimes things happen that we can’t make it before closing and usually 1 min . I will never go to that location again. Very disappointed that they dont want to take my cash Deposit.

I use US Bank for my business accounts. I have never had a bad experience. Do some research. Find out what documentation you need to have on hand when you go to the bank and do not blame them when you did not do your own research.

It’s ridiculous on Saturdays to not have the lobby open. Instead, we’re stuck in drive up lanes for 30+ minutes. Get it together.

August 23 2022, I went there to cash a check and the white boy, the tallest of the 3 bank tellers asked me for my I'd and said it s 7 dollars plus he needed my social security number and my occupation, I left because never somebody asked me for my SS number, later I called another branch and the guy told me I only needed my Id and pay 7 dollars. I will check who is right, better he is right because I am going back there and believe me I will make fire come down from heaven.Even with their apology never I will open an account there plus no other bank asked me for my SS. I don't like some people s attitude there, specially the tallest guy, he had an attitude.

I met with Richard about opening personal and business accounts with US Bank. He was professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I did not have to wait and everyone in the branch was professional and friendly.

ATM always down. This bank is riddled with issues. It's partially my fault for still banking with them. Definitely going to be moving banks. I've had so many issues they won't let somebody else deposit more than $ 499 into an account but you can run $3000 through an ATM. Makes perfect sense.

Have been with the branch for 4 years.Was 5 star +..Knew your name, concerned about your situation and ALWAYS available to help. Sherri was a HUGE loss ?. Pathetic customer service and no one has the knowledge to help replace a debit card. Instead they froze the debit card….tried to use it many times after leaving the bank…DECLINED. It is gonna be a major undertaking to change EVERYTHING, including our mortgage, but we are moving every penny out of this incompetent branch.

The employees are nice enough but very understaffed and usually unable to answer the phone. Lines have been long when I have gone lately. My main beef is that I opened a safety deposit Box and was told it would be billed to my account. Just got a bill in the mail with an additional late fee and they refused to wave it even though it was the fault of the staff. Moving my money out even though it's a pain.
