This is the best UPS store in the city! I have been coming here for years bringing pile and piles of Amazon returns and printing menus for our business. They are patient and very friendly. I have never had a problem with any shipping or printing. I’ve never had an issue with any person that works there over the course of many years. Kumar is very knowledgeable and also kind to his staff. Very warm caring professional group of people who are happy to help. This is almost impossible to find these days! Don’t ever leave this spot please!

The manager (Rodney) is rude, unprofessional, not willing to help or communicate like a human, I suggest you guys know whom to hire in these places, he hung up the phone and never gave his full name, was talking in a superior voice tone

I can't say enough good things about the UPS store in our neighborhood. The employees here are always amazing, offering top-notch service with a fantastic energy that makes every visit a pleasure. Whether I'm dropping off packages, getting something printed, or just picking up mail, the staff is always friendly, efficient, and genuinely happy to help. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly, and their positive attitude is contagious. This is truly a gem in our community, and I'm grateful for the excellent service they provide every time. Highly recommend!

The manager Kumar is a very disrespectful man. He treats his staff poorly to from what I've overheard something about taking their tips for lunch but he's in control of the money?not my boat not my problem, but they should definitely look into their rights as workers.

Terrible customer service. The owner just remodeled the store and they have a fancy new machine. The machine helps with Amazon returns etc. I used it for a medical device during their construction the machine didn’t print a return label for an 800 item. The owner said just take a picture the tracking was not found by company. Today I went to return a package a brown hair female tried to have me use the machine after the owner ignored me. When the blonde female behind the counter finished with the customer in front of me the brunette offered to have me do the self service. I explained I didn’t want to use that service since no receipt is given. When I turned around to approach the counter the blonde associate made a rude face to the brunette so offensive, because I wanted a receipt. I immediately said to the blonde associate, “Don’t give me a dirty look”. The associate still staring at the brunette said, “I didn’t give you a dirty look”. With a smirk to the brunette. I immediately turned around and left. The owner said, “Thank you”. What a rude set of employees.

Update: The response by who I could only guess is the owner of this franchise is disgusting and untrue. I took home two wrong copies, not 4. I will remind the owner that the second time I went in the manager completely forgot to produce anything, and I am still waiting for the correct one. If a Customer makes an order online, you can clearly see what to expect. I have talked to corporate and expected a call from the owner who has not called and if the owner is the one who wrote this then is again a good example of the terrible customer service you might receive. I feel abused and ripped off. I will be calling Better Business Bureau and the bank in the morning. This is a very sad turn of events and I did nothing wrong except patiently wait four times for an order that looked exactly correct online to be done right and it never was. I will not display their terrible work in my establishment and I suggest you go elsewhere for your printing.
Terrible customer service and incompetent staff for print jobs. I placed a print order for a single bound booklet online. I went to the store 4 times over one week to pick it up. The first time, it wasn't printed to instructions - single not double sided. The second time, the manager, Kumar, said he forgot to redo it after I waited 15 minutes for him to be available as he was on the phone with technical support for cash register issues. The third time, it still wasn't printed to instructions again and the staff argued with me as they showed me the back end of their files. - which did me no good as the UPS Store online order site shows you the layout as per your instructions exactly as it should be printed. Time number 4: The booklet again was incorrect. The instructions for bleed were not followed and a white border was present when the instructions clearly stated
'no white trim' in a UPS app checkbox. This was an instruction they happened to get right the first two times, but argued was impossible when I tried to pick it up a fourth time.
The staff refused to refund my money for a project that was still incorrect despite 4 trips out of my way to collect it. When I talked to the manager, Kumar, on the phone, he was belligerent and rude and refused to accept responsibility for his mistakes.
I have never been treated so rudely by an establishment or a manager. I have lived in the area my entire life and use this location often. Though going to Albuquerque for my print jobs in the future will add a few more miles, I will go out of my way to avoid the Enchanted Hills UPS Store in the future.

One star is one too many for this location. They are the most inefficient UPS store without integrity.Missed a very important Next Day Air Saver package. Charged 82.09 for it and did not give it to the driver for pickup. When I went back to find out what happened, they lied they did not even look through the NDA bin.Where the package was!!SHIPPER BEWARE!!!DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING OF HIGH VALUE OR IMPORTANCE FROM THI LOCATION.UPDATE ON 2/22/24 AT 8:09 AM THE OWNER CALLED ME. NOT TO MAKE THE SITUATION RIGHT. BUT TO SCREAM AT ME TO TAKE THE REVIEW DOWN.WOW!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

I have used them for shipping and printing, and they are fantastic! Kumar, the owner really knows his stuff, he could tell the paper weight by touching it! I will definitely use this store again!
