Neglected and ignored. Coin machines empty or out of service on weekends. 2 broken bays week before last. Credit card machine function wouldn't shut off and kept running up total on bay where hose was not working. Owner phone going to recording and voicemail disabled so you can't inform them of issues. Nobody staffing location anymore on weekends. WAS a great car wash years past.. now it's in major decline and neglect. Not a fan of the drive-thru washes but they are staffed and full functional.. sadly it's time to switch. Gave 2 stars instead of one because it used to be a reliable place worthy of visitors.

I hope this care wash NEVER goes out of business. It is so nice to wash your car with gentle pressure, lots of foamy soap that soaks tough bug stains from the foam brush, and other options. And it’s cheaper!
Within the last couple of years they updated the credit card swipe which is sooooo nice. Now you can just relax and clean away and not have to worry about beeping and quarters!! I thoroughly soaked my truck in foam and then rinsed forever and it was only $8.50!!!
I’ve tried the Automatic car washes recently opening up in this area—DON’T go to them!!
I’ve had a license plate bent in the front, new scratches on the paint, and my antenna broken off… they are TOO ROUGH!! My truck even came derailed and I had to wait 10 mins for it to get back on the track!! I won’t go back to the automated ones….

Absolutely love this car wash. I hadn’t taken my car to wash in months and one drive through the automatic with the typhoon selection did wonders! The staff was also very friendly and kind, making sure I had no issues and that all my needs were met and in the end creating a comfortable environment and overall a great experience (: would recommend this to everyone!

Plenty of pressure, lots of soapiness if that's what you want. Sprayed down my van that i wouldn't consider taking through a tunnel washer!

My 23 Maverick got off the ship in San Diego drove it 771 bug filled miles to RIo Rancho. We had nothing like this in Honolulu, Oahu. It was amazing. The salt and bug cemetery on the front melted away!

I would've been fine with the car wash if I didn't use the clear coat on my car. The blue soap literally made my car blue. I even used the power rinse and still did not get it off. I had to wipe it off myself. The rest of the car wash was okay but that was ridiculous. (Also I lost my floor matt ?, that has nothing to do with the rating but yeah)

I have a 32' RV. It's difficult to find a place where I'm able to wash it. They have an oversized bay that I was able to drive in, and the hose reached all the way around. The exit is a little tight, but I was able to make it. I'll be washing my RV there every time.

Hose It Car Wash on NM 528 - just bad. i took my motorcycle to wash, swiped my credit card and set to power wash. It took a few minutes for soap to come out. Then it took another few minutes when i switched to rinse. and again for spotless rinse. I know i wasted probably at least 5 minutes waiting for the water to transition. I honestly don't know how long i used it, just a motorcycle for heaven's sake, usually takes about 4-5 minutes!but the spray was not powerful, it stills left some dirt and spots on my bike. My credit card was charged $15. I'll never go back here.

Used drive-through and was going to call owners about trouble with car wash when someone came to car at exit and apologized about trouble and gave us free car wash.

DO NOT USE the touch less carwash!!!!! It leaves a horrible film all over and you still have to go into the bay and do it yourself. Once home, I reaized after scrubbing and rinsing myself, it still has a film. It is the soap they use. So, I'm out $20 for no reason. I will take it to Champion where they have quality products that actually clean your vehicle. What would have cost me $10 ended up costing me $20. Now I can't contact them to get a refund. What a complete joke! Admend to my review...owner met me today and made everything right.
