Worst haircut I've ever received I had to go home and shave my head 25.00 down the drain the girl at the front counter treated me like an inconvenience not sure who's running this location or if they care at all but I think some definite retraining is in order on customer service as well as cutting hair the whole entire experience was horrible now I'm out $30 and have to regrow my hair but I'm sure that's okay

You have be careful this place. They will skip people in wait list. That what happen tome today. First time said something they said I will be next. Wrong. The guy that works there decided to skip 2 people including me to cut 2 young teenager that came in after us. We are already was waiting at least 45 minutes already.
The teenager didn't have their parents with them. I got up to leave. I try to explain to the guy why I was leaving. He didn't care and start cutting the young teenager hair. Even another customer told them that he heard the lady say I was next. Finally the first lady spoke up and said I will be next after someone is done and I get my hair cut for free. This is the not the first time this happen with them.

Sonya at the Supercuts on Unser Blvd. SE is awesome! She is very skilled. Best haircut I’ve had in a long time! I will definitely be back to have Sonya cut my hair again.

Went in for a trim, cut, layers, face frame & bangs. Staff was friendly upon arrival, didn't wait to long to be attended to. Then it turned for the worse when i was done in less than 15mins. The red haired girl who cut my hair, gave me a trim with 2 layers & no bangs. Not to mention told me this is the only way she knew to give layers & a face frame wasnt done. I walked out & Miranda came to apologize & offered to fix what had been done. Im glad i allowed her to bcuz the experience with her was far better. She took her time to make sure i got what i wanted. Thank u Miranda for the great cut & for fixing someone else’s mistakes. & to the woman who first cut my hair, please stand down or let a future customer know if ur not comfortable doing a certain style or cut. Also, don’t speed through a client, time & quality is more important than how many clients u can get.

My husband and I have used Supercuts @ Unser/Southern for about 6 years. We've tried a few other places but always land back here. These stylists are the only ones who ever cut his hair to his standards. He's not as keen on how they trim his beard but he's not found any place he likes to do that. As for me, I just tell them what kind of cut I want and they do it, and do it well with joy and kindness. The last stylist I went to even massaged my head during the shampoo -- something I thought most medium level salons stopped a long time ago. All in all, it's the most convenient option for us, with almost the most affordable rates, in a pleasant atmosphere that does decent cuts/styling.

I was very happy with my haircut and style that I received from Sonia Garcia. She was very knowledgeable on how to cut curly hair. I will go back to her again.

This Supercuts is in a plaza, there is parking that is level. The store is clean and the shelves are well stocked. Their are three hair stylist who are busy. The phone is answered promptly. The wait was 15 minutes, I had been told prior to. I didn't want my hair washed. She listened to what I wanted, we went over my hair. I was pleased with the whole experience.
