I put my 1 year old son in this place and after a day I withdrew him. I was very shocked to see that he had 7 scratches on his face and neck. And not to get a call or heads up before picking him up is unacceptable. My sons 1st daycare experience should have never been like this.

Our son entered Mrs. Georgina’s class right after he turned 1 year old. He is now graduating to another class at this school, and we will miss Mrs. Georgina so much.Mrs. Georgina is professional, courteous, and instills an excellent structure and consistent curriculum in her classroom daily. She is devoted to her students and has exceeded our expectations. She is committed to every child’s personal emotional, learning, and special needs. Mrs. Georgina is trustworthy, and has went above and beyond her job duties every single day to ensure that our son and every child in her classroom gets the specialized attention and support he/she needs. We have plenty of daycares/schools nearby, yet we spend about 1.5 hrs daily commute (round trip) to this location specifically so our son could be in good hands. He has learned so much in the classroom and the skill sets have set him up with a foundation for success. We have had no issues at this school, only a wonderful peace of mind as we drop our son off, and head out to focus on career building, knowing our son is in excellent and safe environment. We appreciate all of the staff at this location, but Mrs. Georgina has truly set the stage for the best that is yet to come at this school for our children. Thank you Mrs. Georgina!

We have enjoyed having my 5 year old and 2 year old at this location. The staff is amazing, especially Mari who I call the neck of the place. She knows what’s going on with every class and really makes an effort to help if there are questions or concerns. Before my son moved up when he turned 2, the 1 year old teacher Ms. Georgina was AMAZING!! There’s an in house app that is used by the school, but she really made an effort to just not track the standard daily things like diapers and food. She would share pictures of my son doing activities and playing outside, even some videos!Ms. Kayra is my daughters 5 year teacher and though newer to my daughter, she’s been trying to do the same with updates. If any feedback, more recently, I wish all the teachers in the classrooms had the ability to be as active in the app. Some days are better then others and sometimes it would be nice to have more details on what my kiddos are doing. The updates beyond the daily routine are becoming more inconsistent.

Mrs. Georgina has had two of my boys and I am so grateful!!! They have learned so much from her and I get all kinds of compliments of how smart they are for their age!! They love her so much and I love her so much! She always communicates with me about my kids and she ensures that I am up to date with what they are doing and how he is doing on the daily basis. I wish she could keep them until they graduate!! Thank you so very much for being apart of our family!!

A madhouse.Very little learning going on. Lots of unexplained bruises. Director thinks she’s a diagnostician. If you have a child who needs personal attention (i.e. most children, particularly intelligent and sensitive ones) this place is NOT for you. The teacher to student ratio is horrible. God forbid you express any concerns. You will then be retaliated against. I am still viscerally upset when I think about this sad little house of horrors. Grateful to have moved on.

One good teacher. Three terrible ones. Random unexplained bruises. A total madhouse every time I was there. Minimal stimulation. Tons of missing clothes. Lied to several times by staff. And, to top it off, a director who thinks she is a qualified and licensed diagnostician (she is not). I could go on. So grateful to be elsewhere.

My 2-year-old son attended Springstone for 2 months before I pulled him out. This place was awful. I had no idea who the teachers were. Every time I picked him up it was someone new. The teachers were usually rude in the afternoon and never acknowledged you when you went in to pick up your child from the classroom. I walked in and they had all the kids sitting there on the floor watching an IPAD. Everyone was so disorganized, and I was constantly being given other children's clothes that didn't belong to my son. No one ever communicates what your child does all day. I was unsure if they even followed any curriculum. When I would pick up my son I would try and get the teachers attention to ask how his day went. The reply would always be "good", and it seemed like you were almost bugging them by asking. The classrooms were dirty and the bathrooms in the classrooms were disgusting and smelt awful. My son was constantly sick when he started attending. When I picked up my son, I saw one of the afternoon teachers grabbing a kid by the arm pretty rough and dragging him out of the bathroom. At drop offs, my son would cry every single time and not let me go. He started attending a different school now and it is a night and day difference. He enjoys going and has never once cried at drop offs at his new school.

My child attends preschool here in Cypress with Miss Candice. She is warm and welcoming and my child has grown so much in the short time he's been there. I can't wait to see where this journey takes him and I couldn't be more proud to be a Springstone parent. Thank you for being a place I feel comfortable l leaving my heart while I work. I know with Miss Candice we are in great hands!

My daughter's development since beginning Montessori has exploded! The entire staff at Springstone Grande is exceptional. Our teacher, Ms. Rosie, is absolutely amazing. You would think my daughter was one of her own. She is extremely engaged, and provides a detailed update everyday when I pick my daughter up. It really helps us to bridge the gap between home and school to ensure things are as consistent as possible. Ms. Rosie is the best! If you have a 2yr old, you must take them to Ms. Rosie's class!

My close friend took her child out of this location because of the poor management quality of the director. We’ve seen the news stories and have now heard things from other spring stone parents which is why I will not waste my money here on my own child. The term montessori is obviously used to make money when it’s only a glorified daycare. my friends child came home almost everyday with written injury reports! There used to be a few great teachers and front desk managers but all unfortunately not there anymore. One of the few times I picked up in the evening I was given attitude by an older lady at the desk when Asked when the last time the child was changed. Another time I picked up we saw the director sitting on the floor and could hear her screaming at something. This location not recommended.

Our son has been attending Springstone Montessori Grande for about three years and we cannot express how thankful we are for the teachers and staff that have been involved with him over the years. They have been compassionate to him as an individual and encouraged him to grow. They truely care about children in their care.

I liked this place at first because of the fact that they had cameras in the classrooms and you were able to walk in and see how your child was doing whenever you wanted. I also liked this place because the teachers "seemed nice" and it was very clean. My daughter started going there and I noticed her attitude changing. She was crying a lot more and every time I'd pick her up she just seemed very down and out. I knew something was wrong because when she would go to the daycare at church she always left happy and singing and like her normal self. So I immediately knew it had to be the day care. One day I decided to go in a look at the cameras and I noticed one of the teachers grabbing a child violently by his arm to move him. Then throw a jacket in another child's face. I told the front staff and they had her call me right away to discuss what I had seen. She said that normally you had to be a little "harder" on the boys because they are so rambunctious. I decided to take my daughter back and she was crying so the teacher just left her walking around the classroom crying, completely ignoring her. I let it slide and walked in after my class during their lunch time transitioning to nap time. My daughter was still crying so the teacher dragged her to her napping cot, grabbed her by the arm and the leg and laid her down on her bed an covered her head with the blanket. At this point I had enough. I took her out that day and complained again and the front staff didn't seem to care so. I don't recommend this place at all!

This is one of the best schools in our area if not the best. All of our children love going to Springstone. The staff is super friendly and loving. We are amazed by just how much our children learn at Springstone its nothing like a daycare center. There parents night out is a great added benefit. If your looking for a great place to trust that you children are safe and cared for i would recommend checking out Springstone you will not be disappointed at all. The Foleys

I have nothing but positive things to say about Springstone. My four-year-old adores her teachers, and I love that she is exploring interesting topics in an engaging classroom. This year she has watched caterpillars hatch into butterflies, has planted vegetables for the school garden, has had a visit from the "alligator dentist" (complete with free toothbrush), has enjoyed "splash days" over the summer, and has made educational projects such as stalagmites: all of these activities are in addition to the Montessori activities provided in the classroom and the English, Spanish, and math instruction she receives. My one-year-old has an excellent teacher and actually reaches for her when we get to the classroom. She loves the songs, books, and games they play in her class, too. I like that I receive a daily report including what my little one ate, when she slept, when her diapers were checked/changed, and, most importantly, what she really enjoyed doing that day. I also love that I bring home laminated copies of some of her best "hand print art" projects, which are perfect for the scrapbook. The managers have been helpful, courteous, and kind. They know all the children's names, and they greet each child warmly, making everyone feel welcome immediately. Any time I have called with a question or concern, they have been happy to speak with me or to put me through to my child's teacher. We have been extremely happy with our experience at Springstone!
