Went in to the office in Rio to pick up an ethernet cable. Antonio and Jess were very friendly and gave me a discounted rate for being g a first responder. Great service in office and the technician Jimmy was very helpful at my home instalation.

I have been a Sparklight/Cable One customer for almost 15 years. I have been lucky enough to work with Antonio in the Rio Rancho Enchanted Hills office. He is absolutely fantastic to work with. He is very friendly and definitely knows his stuff. He is always a pleasure to work with and people like him is exactly why I have been a customer for so long and have no plans to change my phone, internet, and TV provider! Great job Antonio!
