We have been using Solutions Factory from day one and would not consider going anywhere else. Nicki has always treated us more as "friends" rather than simply clients. A few years back we suffered the Identity Theft Crisis situation and she was a big help with that, especially since she was the one who had to break the news to us! We would definitely recommend Solutions Factory to any and everyone!
