Online it says there open 24/7 so I called and they said they close at midnight I don't have a car so I had to walk i arrived at 11:24 and they were closed and this is isn't the first time this has happened

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Representative was Monique on Saturday 28 October 2023. Time was about 9:55 PM.I was called fat and told me to loose weight and that I always come in and complain. This is not true I occasionally come into get 2 cappuccinos. She berated me and insulted me verbally in front of other customers. All because she was asked to fill the machine. It is a simple task open machine and put in a new bag of powdered mix.She should not be training anyone or working in a customer facing position. I will find out corporate contact and file a grievance.

Store had a sign up that they were closing early, 10pm, which was fine since It was 8:45pm. When I went in I was denied the ability to use the restroom! I had just driven over 200 miles without using the restroom and to be denied an hour and half before close is completely unacceptable!

They are thieves today I bought a burrito for $7.99 a coke and $25 in gasoline and they charged me $44.49 I returned and they did not want to return what was stolen

This is a convenient location and the best price for fuel at any Shell I've seen in the area recently ($3.79 for regular as of today, 26 Jul 2022).The only downside is the free air machine... it doesn't put out much and barely increased my tire pressure. I'm not sure if it needs replaced, or if that's how it always is, but the Shell I use where I live (elsewhere in the state) has one that works extremely well... so I was surprised to find this one working so poorly. Yes, it's free, but what's the point if it doesn't do much?I haven't been inside the store, so I cannot review that or the employees.

Super RUDE!!!!! LADY that was working was super RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE!!!!... THISwas my favorite store to come to after hours... WAS always clean and nice...but CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WAY DOWN!!!!.. management please look into it

The guy working the counter was incredibly unhelpful! He would not cancel my credit card at the pump. My complaints go on, and on regarding the employees at this location, and the rewards program. I have tried this place for years, and almost every time I go, it's a horrible experience.
