They apparently just take lunch whenever they feel like it without posting their lunch hour. Came by at 11:35am and nobody there, building locked-up. They've been harassing my wife about her situation with an expired license, making it unnecessarily difficult for her to get a new license. They were so rude to her one time that she left in tears. Went to the Eagle Vista office instead and they were SUPER nice and polite and respectful and got her fixed up in one visit. Would recommend going to ANY other MVD office but this one.

My experience changes the way I think about the DMV. Thank you for helping me with my NM license. Social anxiety is no fun. But I got through the License process quickly and was treated with complete respect!

There’s a few comments already about the staff being unnecessarily rude and that’s exactly what I experienced, as well. Barb, the manager specifically. I’ve been there a few times in the last year and apparently the customer needs to appease the staff, not the other way around.

i would rate this place zero if i could staff was beyond rude and there motorcycle test has nothing to do with motorcycles it only asks stupid questions like what age should a “bicycle rider” not motorcycle rider wear a helmet” i studied for a whole week on practice tests and no questions we’re about motorcycles fix your tests. as soon as i failed the test went over to a motorcycle course and passed the test no problem cause it asked me questions about motorcycles the owner is super rude as well

Seriously, it is time to stop the by appointment only non-sense. COVID is over. This is a public service business, not some salon. Also the $10.00 cash only fee feels like extortion. This is a government Motor Vehicle department, correct?

I drove 5 miles out of my way to drop off old license plates for recycling. This facility used to recycle but said I need to go to a state facility. Avoid city facilities!!! They only increase your taxes and reduce your services.

These people do not want to work I was told they're on indefinite appointment only basis when I looked in the office there was two people in there. It's no wonder people would rather visit an MVD Express and MVD now

All the employees are rude and lazy they don’t want to help you and make everything so difficult. Went to MVD express on southern and 528 with the same paperwork and was out of there in less the 30 minutes. I don’t know how they are open for business still.
