How do I get ahold of someone at the lab to see if my orders were received? There is no option to speak with someone!

I love this lab. The techs are awesome and professional. It's easy to make an appointment, and now when you get there, you can sign in from your phone. Results come back quickly and are easy to read, download, print.

The staff was extremely helpful and patient. I did not have a request from the doctor and she was patient and waited for me to get that from the doctor. They took care of me in a timely manner without an appointment

Quest is my go-to lab. The experience is always good. The technician always gets a vein on the first stick and without a lot of pain. Check in is very efficient too.

Worst service ever. Did labs last week. No results on web site. Called 6 times and still can’t get my results for possible infection.

Omg the lady working today 12.06.23 at 3.30 is so slow don't want to work she is lazy !!!! Please don't hire people that don't want to work they are better a home!!!!

Wonderful experience this morning. The receptionist and woman who took my blood were both attentive and nice. I live in the NE Heights but worth the drive to get good care. I will be back! Thanks.

I live in Santa Fe, but made an appointment to go to the Rio Rancho location since I’ve had more than one unpleasant, unprofessional, and subpar experiences at the Santa Fe location. Indeed, as many of the reviews reflect, I had a much better experience at Rio Rancho. Brianna (sp?) was my phlebotomist, and despite the fact that I’m sensitive to needles and have a medical condition that impedes good blood flow, she successfully drew all the blood needed for the ordered lab tests (enough to fill about 8-12 vials) on the first try without it being too painful or causing any kind of bruising or hematoma. I very much appreciated her professional expertise and ability to get the job done kindly and efficiently; it made the hour drive to Rio Rancho and back worth it to me!The only reason why I’ve given 5 stars instead of 4 is because I find it very frustrating that there’s NO WAY for Quest clients to get in contact with the individual lab locations (when I scheduled my appointment, I wanted to make sure I would be able to have a highly experienced and gentle phlebotomist draw my blood in order to make the trip worthwhile).
