Major problem with Progressive Insurance policy of having to leave car starting with estimate through completion. Had to have a rental car for entire process, about 40 days of which insurance paid for 30 days.

The shop took my car even though it was badly damaged. They restored it using Subaru parts to Subaru specifications. It looks great.

I had heard/read bad reviews of this place but still gave it a try. Our estimator/ repair tech Glenn was absolutely amazing! We had zero issues, car came out amazing and it was overall an amazing experience. I highly recommend them, everyone is friendly at the front and the building is comfortable and clean while waiting.

Crash Champions went over and beyond. I couldn’t have been happier with the customer service I received from E. Madrid. They kept me updated weekly on the progress. My car came back to me the way I drove it off the lot when I purchased it. Thank you!! I highly recommend Crash Champions.

I scheduled an appointment, quick appraisal. About 30minutrs. Fair price, good people. I have scheduled the work which is a 2 to 3 week wait but every place I went said the same. So far so good.
