I am not sure how physician I saw even can practice. Abrasive, condescending, rushed and did not do her job - ordered a bunch of unnecessary tests and did not correctly order ONE test I came in for. Just awful. Now my quest to find a decent pcp continues.

My mom tried to do a video visit. Nothing, then emailed the Dr. She is too busy to see my mom but wants her to come in.Next appt is 2 months away. Forget it. This place is a complete waste of time. Urgent care is a joke. I don't think they actually care about their patients. They have an excuse for everything.

Why have a pre-sign in if I still have to sign more forms and stand in a long line to see the doctor? Makes absolutely no sense, fix it!
