“Shopped at Smith's for years, way before Wal-Mart had groceries. I still shop at Smith's, its much less crowded,the employees are super friendly and helpful. I do not like grocery shopping because its usually over crowded all loud and rude employees at Wal-Mart⁷, but best part is i get up to a $1.00 off of gas just for purchasing groceries I was already going to get.

“I have had horrible experiences with Walgreens and CVS doesn't accept my insurance any longer. I reluctantly switched to Walmart. They are A-Mazing!! So helpful and fast and absolutely the nicest employees. Highly recommend!!”
“I booked a last minute appointment in the morning and was a few minutes late, but got helped within two minutes after checking in. Autumn was very helpful and answered all my questions about my ear infection. The pharmacy also filled my antibiotics within about 10-15 minutes. Was a great experience and I would go back!”
“I LOVE all the EXTRA BUCKS I get with CVS at the corner is 528 and Southern in Rio Rancho. I believe if you pay $5 a month for their extra bucks program ….. you get $10 extra bucks credit to spend every month! PLUS you get discounts upon discounts AND FREE DELIVERY of your meds to your home same day!!!!! WOW!!!! I love going to CVS and getting all my discounts and save anywhere from $20-$40 bucks off my totals!!! Makeup can be expensive, especially Oily of Olay Moisturizer and Maybeline Super Stay Lip Pencils and stuff like that. I am NEVER disappointed in my savings! It’s like winning at the casino!!! As they ring up the totals at the end, I anxiously await the total after discounts apply ….. I am always DO HAPPY to hear the end result in how much I have saved!!!!! PLUS I get extra reward bucks to use on next purchase just for making that purchase!! Totally worth it!!! The clerk that is ALWAYS so helpful with me, (and very patient w me) is always so helpful ?. She actually sold me on the idea of signing up for extra bucks and help me set it up on my phone and everything! She’s the younger girl with a nice make up job on her eye liner ?.Grateful for all the benefits I receive from CBS. Totally worth the $5 a month charge!!”
“I had used CVS for many years, but after receiving misinformation about my insurance coverage, I switched to Walmart Pharmacy.
So happy I switched, the prices are much better, the employees are so nice and don't make you feel rushed. They even answer the phone quickly and you can speak with a pharmacist almost right away. Pharmacists are very patient, knowledgeable and kind .

“Smith's Market & Pharmacy are top notch. Been going there since I moved to Rio Rancho over 26 years ago. Market selection are typically always in stock, and of course their meat & poultry selection is the best in all of New Mexico for chain markets.Known staff there for years and know us by our first names now, you don't see that at other MarketsI started to switch my Rx's to Smith's I Pharmacy recently from Walgreens and its like night & day with excellent service. Example, waiting over 1.5 hours in the dr8ve thru line with 9 cars in front to pick up a couple of Rx's at Walgreens only to to get 1/2 one filled, and the 2nd one was still in process even though my Dr. called it in at 9am and I stopped by around 9:00pm to pick up. Inside the pick up desk is just as bad. Sent my first 2 new Rx's and I was able to pick up both in less than 1 hour. No lines or wait. I know due to Covid and staff shortages it would be great if they had at least a drive through 24 hours but still, I'll take 1 hour over 2 hours only to get a partial refill. Plus getting a pharmacist on the phone was easy & quick.Great service all around.”

“Contrary to what some other reviewers have said, the workers at this location are far from rude; if anything, they are SUPER friendly. I have used this location for 8 years, and have never ever encountered rudeness. The pharmacy staff have always dealt with complaints (usually due to insurance or prescriber errors) professionally and reasonably. Their online system could use a little work, but that's certainly not a reflection on the store's employees. The folks who work here are terrific.”

I've had all my Covid and flu shots here and never waited more than 20 minutes. Today I got my boosters and was in and out in ten minutes. Never had anyone be rude to me. Not trying to minimize problems others may have had, but so far, I have no reason to go elsewhere.”

“Quality medicine. I have an asthmatic cat who suffered on and off for years on the pills from the vet. She also ballooned up in weight. Got the medicine compounded here and she has lost the weight, hasn’t had an asthma attack in years now, and she’s back to her old self. Another cat with painful faucitis inflammation in the gums lives a comfortable life free of pain from the daily medication we give him from Olive Tree. The owner is a very lovely person who cares. If you need special or specific medication, and you want it to be the best, look no further.”
