I was trying to get some windshield wipers and they made it as hard as possible. I went across the street to AutoZone and got way better costumer service.

Great customer service and employee knowledge of car and truck plus SUV replacement parts. Also the out of stock process of the length of the waiting time for delivery of part's not in stock. It took a matter of hours and I waited for a few hours and then went back to the store and walked out with the delivered part.

I usually always get most of what I need here. Typically, they have good stock, and if not, they can get it quick. The only issue I really have is the last 2 years I've needed stuff, It is the wrong part (after giving a knowledgeable description of what is needed).

Called 6 times this morning, no answer.This happened last time I called for quotes on parts needed, which was 6 weeks ago. I ended up going across the street to AutoZone and purchased the parts needed.Looks like AutoZone will come through once again.

Just want to say thank u Oreillys! Had a dead car battery this morning. Single mom and didnt have help so i ubered to get the new battery..had difficulty getting an uber back home...thank u for letting me hang out and shoot the breeze until my ride finally got there. Car is running like a champ now. That was very awesome customer service in my book!

I went in to this Rio Rancho location to purchase a car battery and the installation is included (says it on their website) but a young male worker there told me “we can’t instal it because there’s only 2 workers here” but keep in mind that I was the only customer there. I was stranded with my battery dead and my 2 toddlers in 95 degree heat. He was lying because he was too lazy to instal it. I managed to get a jump start and got my car started and I drove to another location near my home (Ventana Ranch location) and they were so nice and professional and installed my battery right away and Let me add there was only 2 workers there too and 5 customers. I called the manager that same day and the young worker had lied to the manager and said that he told me if I would wait he would instal the battery but that is not true at all, I was the only customer there at that time and he never said that to me, and to top it off the managers response was “well it is what it is “ “bad things happen to good people” like seriously? They are so unprofessional at this location and so is the manager.
