OMG !!! THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!, NOT TO MENTION THE HIGH TURNOVER FOR EMPLOYEES!!! Yes they will put you in a phone you don't want ! Back in March of this year 2023 , I was going out of town & needed a new phone of course the phone I wanted was like a crazy amount of money ?! Then I asked if he could just turn service back to my old phone (LG Stylo 6) they proceeded to tell me he could do that ! I told him I bought this phone from here it's a metro product¿..... Then he gave some story blah,blah,blah ..... At this point I ended up with the phone I didn't want! My trip was the next day, I NEVER RECEIVED A RECEIPT FROM That guy so who knows where that money actually went!¿???.... When I came back from my trip I went back to the store hoping to get the phone I wanted? When I went there it wasn't the same person who previously helped me. This time it was a young lady I asked her what happened to that guy that was here 6 days ago she told me that he quit! Not surprised!!!! Ask if there was anything a regional manager or district manager could do so she called and of course I'm not sure which one she called either the regional manager or the district manager and of course his answer was there was nothing he could do it was out of his hands and he was having his own problems because he was the only one covering a wide range area!!!!!! WHAT ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!???????????????????????????....... UGH ???????????

The worst sales experience of my long life. The manager (Michael W) pointed me to a $198 Samsung and then went out to the shaded porch to play with his phone while his sales girl (Alialiah Q) rang me up. Price was $320 so I questioned it. She said, "well, there are set up fees and taxes"..Whaaa!? for $120?! So I asked that the manager come back inside. He didn't. He kept playing with his phone. I asked again. He came reluctantly inside and then said she must have "accidentally" grabbed a more expensive phone. So did he get the right phone and ring me up? No. He told me to go to another TMobile store several miles away. Worst salesman on the planet! Worst store on the planet!

What a joke of a place. I'm here visiting from out of town. My family and I are military, and we came back home to visit family for three months due to my mother being diagnosed with cancer. So, my 4-year-old son accidently dropped my phone in the swimming pool, so I took my phone immediately to metro PCS in Rio Rancho (1360 Rio Rancho BLVD) to see if they could fix it or if I needed a new phone. They told me the phone was beyond repair and that I definitely needed a new phone. They sold me the iPhone 11 and the charger it needed along with a screen protector for 550. They told me they waived the activation fee (but that was a lie). Anyways they also mentioned a place down the road that repairs phones, but it would have to be a miracle since my phone had so much water damage and it been totally fried. So, I left the store with a new phone and went to a place called cloud 9 to see if they could fix my phone. I left the new phone in its original packaging and everything just in case my phone was fixed. The next day I went by Cloud 9 and they were able to fix my phone!!! I was so happy and relieved. I then went directly to metro PCS with all of the originally packaging, receipts and everything to get a refund. The guy said they couldn't do a refund because it was out of the warranty. When I asked him to explain he said it was because there wasn't anything related to the service of the provider. I showed him where it stated I have 14 days for a full refund on phones and accessories and he said he needed to call the district manager. The district manager said I have to go to Phoenix Arizona for a refund. I told him that is not what it says on the receipt and what he's doing is wrong. I called the police to file a police report and then and only then did they file a refund for only the phone. The accessories I am stuck with even though I never opened it and I was charged almost $80 for an activation fee even though I had service with them already all last month. These people are evil and are doing this VERY illegally. Please please please save your money and go to a company that is respectful, ethical, and legal. METRO PCS you are so wrong for everything that you are doing. I'm sure if you did it to me you are doing it to hundreds of other people. SHAME ON YOU!!! I pray that people will read this and NEVER do business with you.

Guy said glass screen protectors was free with the new 4 phones. Then we got home and found out we was charged extra. And now are phone keep going off and saying we didn't make a payment.

Employees are completely unfamiliar with their phones, plans and fees plus the insurance they offer is a scam. You'll pay an insane deductible for a refurbished outdated phone that you'll have to get from a 3rd party insurance company. Good luck getting that in a timely manner. You can just buy a brand new current model phone for the same amount of money you'll waste on premiums and the deductible. Cellular/Data coverage is sub par.
