Awesome little shop with everything you could need when it come to shipping or mail. I got there and was informed I had the labeling wrong on my package and the owner had me email it to him. They printed it out, stuck it on the box and got me all set up. If that’s not customer service I don’t know what is I want to say thank you to him and his staff And I appreciate what they do. I will be coming back and they made a Lifetime customer out of me. 100% recommend.

I was sent here by my new employer to get finger printed. They were super nice. The only issue was trying to find it. Google maps just wouldn't take me to their specific location. I stopped at the massage envy and the lady there gave me perfect directions. It's at the end of the strip mall next to the wing stop.

This shop is amazing amazing amazing. I needed help making copies of a cross stitch pattern making it bigger. The gentleman knew exactly what I needed. Was able to do it in less than 10 minutes. They were very friendly. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody for their copy services.

Curtis and his staff offer a friendly atmosphere that is a phenomenal alternative to other shipping stores.I went in with my wife for fingerprint and notary services. The lady taking my prints did a thorough job even though my prints didn’t want to cooperate due to my hands being dry haha. She took the time to wipe each finger and make sure the system accepted the print before moving on. It would seem if there are any issues with the prints downstream of this location - it is not the locations fault as I watched the computer reject my prints multiple times until my fingers were wiped and then a good print was obtained and the system clearly showed the print was accepted by the system and would then allow the print taker to move on to next finger.I was happy to see and hear that this location maintains multiple notaries, as this is a service that one rarely needs but it is good to not have to try and chase down a notary when you’re in a hurry.Ultimately, Curtis and his staff are running a great operations that’s reasonably priced and is a much better alternative to the bigger brand shipping stores. I’m happy to have found this place and to have made their acquaintance during our pop in.

The employees were friendly and respectful, however I would not recommend this business for their fingerprinting service. The fingerprinting was done quickly and carelessly, which caused a rejection for my background check as well as several other individuals in the last 1-2 weeks. Myself and the others had to reschedule elsewhere to redo fingerprinting.

Bad experience. Went in for fingerprints in June.. the receipt they wrote September as the date… went back in to have it fixed and whoever the male was was very rude and said it wasn’t their fault. Even though I showed them the receipt. He wrote a new receipt with the correct date on it I explained toHim what I needed it for and the time frame for fingerprints are 30 days.. he didn’t care. The attitude he gave me was uncalled for and didn’t want to hear what I had to say… Not his fault and to take it up with the company. So now I have to pay again for the fingerprints when it was the store mistake.. associate Ronda.My agency will never use this store again for finger prints or any other services..

I just had a miserable experience at Mail, Print & Ship at 4300 Ridgecrest in Rio Rancho. I'd been there before because it's convenient and I like to support small local businesses. I had them mail three packages for me-- the man who waited on me was clearly new and it took a long time for him to input the addressees and attach labels and postage. About a week later one of the packages was returned to me due to insufficient postage. I brought it back into the shop where the owner told me it didn't come from them-- "We don't use labels like that." I insisted so he looked up the name of the addressee on his computer and sure enough the name appeared. The owner said-- "I've seen you in here before-- you must have sent something to him in the past."I went home, thinking maybe I had a senior moment-- then realized I had the original receipt. Sure enough the name of the addressee was on it (as well as the other two packages I had sent) and the postage amount was exactly the same as on the returned package. So I went back to the shop, showed the owner the receipt and was shocked when he still insisted it wasn't sent by Mail, Print and Ship. He offered to refund me the small amount (less than $5.00) and I accepted-- for me it wasn't about the money, it was the principle. This guy clearly has a problem with admitting he makes mistakes and obviously has no respect for his customers. Needless to say, I won't be going back.

I was getting my fingerprints done and the super sweet lady was helping me started having a panic attack. I walked over to the counter where the gentleman was working behind it and told him she needs help she is having a panic attack. (I had already had her sitting on the floor because she was white as a ghost!) he walks over to her and says “what’s wrong with you?! You can go home if you wanted I can’t help you.l can’t leave the store.” Then he walked away!! Omg I will NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN AND I WILL LET THE PLACE THAT SENT ME KNOW ABOUT THIS SO THEY SENT BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!

I am an Anytime Mailbox customer. Curtis does not process mail in timely fashion. When I show up to pick up my mail, he refuses to hand over all my mail in his possession. This has cost me my disability from SS. He sits on correspondence from the government addressed to me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, will wait to see what they say, but as withholding mail is a federal offense, I will be contacting a lawyer. You would think a retired postman would know the laws.In response, nowhere in user agreement that I signed does it give you 24 hours to sit on my mail. I am a paying customer, it is never an outlandish ask for you to get my mail. You refused 3 times. It’s against the law.
