I recently had a rental property in Rio Rancho severely damaged by tenants. I needed a lot of supplies and help with my project. I worked with the Pro desk and cannot sing their praises enough; particularly Jeremy Gallegos. He was patient, kind, and informative. He always answered my texts and phone calls. It was a long project, (for me!) but I would have been completely lost without his help. Thank you!

I shop at the Lowes Rio Rancho location often and have always had nice friendly service. I went today to return an item and to pickup a few items. The lady at customer service/returns named Joann was very rude. Thus, I've changed my previous rating from 5 stars to 1 star.

Where the customer comes last.
They used to offer military discounts on propane. Not anymore. So I exchange my mostly full defective tank of propane for full price. What do I get in exchange, thanks for telling us it's defective. Too bad you got phvcked and had to buy another full tank of propane.
That's ridiculous. Not a care or concern in the world for the customer.
GAWD I hate the new level of customer service from Lowes.

It s funny, it was an accident, I met the Asian Guy from the painting department, I was in a Hurry, I asked him where I could make a car key copy, he said:" we don't make car key copies", anyway I did not believe him so I talked to another employee and he made a key copy for me, it seems to be this guy did not change. I AM TALKING ABOUT LOWE S ON 528 AND COORS.

The store is grossly understaffed. They hire people with very closed schedules and do not pay more for an open schedule. If you are working in the lumber or garden department you’ll start out at 14$ per hour despite having a decade of forklift experience and electrical Construction experience. one single location grosses million$ monthly and at the weekly huddle they’ll remind you of how we just didn’t quite hit our goals and to work harder …You will work just as hard as a construction laborer and get paid 3-4 $ less …while also being required to escort customers around a 30000 square foot building knowing where every product is and trying to sell the customer more than what they came in for, as well as being required to zone aisles and stock shelves …Did I mention they’re grossly understaffed? Probably just because no one “wants to work anymore” right?

Great options and great prices. Usually has what I'm looking for! Specifically indoor plants and garden tools. They have a great selection of large appliances. Their garden plants are well stocked in spring as well

Steve from lumber was so helpful today 5/16/24. He grabbed the stock missing from the shelves and asked other materials I might need. Furthermore; It's raining and I did not want the drywall to get rained on. Steve wrapped the board for me and offered to carry it to my vehicle. Steve practiced the S.M.A.R.T. customer service brilliantly!

Just had the pleasure of being helped by Steve at the Lowe’s on Northern. He truly understands what great service is to his customer. He went above and beyond helping me today and I really appreciate his effort. Thank you Steve, you are truly Minnesota nice!

The story's fine. My online purchase of a chair was not so good. It was horrible put it together myself. Very uncomfortable last time. I'll buy a chair without sitting in it. Other things that you might need for the house like mulch. Or pesticide to the backyard. It's good Don't buy any furniture online .
