Time to find a new place- becareful off the bait and switch from this place.. Been using for awhile and finally needed some pants hemmed.. I asked what they would charge, and the reply was $12.. when i picked up, it was $16 with no explanation other than they may have raised the price (within the time frame of dropping off to pickup) and wouldn’t honor what they quoted.. Bad business practice cause they’ll never get another done of mine for their dishonesty..

I really hate leaving bad reviews, but I feel it’s important to share our experience to help other customers avoid the same situation. We took my husband’s brand new wedding shirt to Indy’s Cleaners to get pressed before our big day. When a family member picked it up, we discovered an orange stain on the collar and two in the front that were not there when we dropped it off. This was on a Saturday evening, and since they are closed on Sundays, we had no chance to resolve the issue before our wedding the next day.
When we reached out, the staff showed no empathy and simply said it was our responsibility to check the garment before leaving the shop. We had sent a family member who is under 18, so naturally, she didn’t know what to look for. Besides, you wouldn’t expect stains to appear on a brand-new shirt after getting it pressed!
We love supporting local businesses, but we should have trusted the many negative reviews this place already had. We had to scramble across town at the last minute to find a replacement shirt the night before our wedding, which added unnecessary stress and cost us an extra $100.
Extremely disappointed with this experience—if you value your clothes and peace of mind, I would think twice before trusting this place.

I'm very upset. We brought a suit to be worn at our daughter's wedding to be cleaned and pressed. Through the bag at the store it seemed fine. When we opened the bag it was wrinkled and creased terribly as though it had not be pressed, at all. I find it hard to believe you would allow a suit for someone's child's wedding to leave your facility in that condition. You charged $13 for that
We will now be bringing our suit to a different company to be properly pressed. What a shame, we wanted to support our local cleaner and got the short end of 5he stick on this. The only positive is how pleasant the lady at the counter was when I picked it up.

Indy and Celeste are awesome ladies. I have used Indy cleaners for decades and I’ve never once had an issue.

I used to use Indys all the time but they had a change in management and they are crazy rude! I couldn't believe the attitude I was getting because I'm always very polite with people. I'll never go there again. Try The Cleanery.Services: Clothes pressing

DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER!!!!My king size comforter was taken to this location, we got it back within the time promised, when I opened it up at home to put it on the bed I found the following on what was supposed to be a clean item. Glitter (not mine), human hair (not mine), pet hair of various types (don't have indoor pets), spots and stains that were not there before drop off, lint in every seam and the under side as well (faux leather fabric), small puncture holes in various spots on the underside.I took the comforter to show them, even used a UV flash light so they knew what I was talking about. I was told they could redo it, I told them no way I was leaving it to obtain any more damage or for them to add anything else to it. I asked for a refund and was told even after the manager was notified, "We do not give cash refunds." (You better pay with a credit card if you go to this place so you can cancel the payment) I explained they are setting themselves up for a law suit at the rate they are going and considering their bad reviews. Horrible service, do not give your business to this company! Owner of the company refused to give me her name nor a refund. First time ever using a cleaning service for my son's ROTC uniform, we ended up going to both locations picking up missing items. A $33 refund was not worth my time nor gas money, professionals are so hard to find! Shut them down
