921 Pat D'Arco Hwy, Rio Rancho“Manager is very helpful and professional. Great communication and customer service. Over many visits to different GNC facilities this is by far one of the most convenient locations in Rio rancho. The store is clean and well stocked. Many of the reviews here on this site have been GREATLY exaggerated and are inconsistent with my experience at the location. In the interest of fairness this review is meant to rectify the falsities spread in this thread.”
“You have an amazing staff, always helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I’ve been shopping at the Cottonwood location going on ten years plus. Always new flavors and products to try out and looking forward to another ten years of awesome customer service thank you, Sincerely Ryan G..”
“Came in yesterday and got a 15 lb brisket. The brisket was BEAUTIFUL! But not only was the meat extremely high quality the butchers were too. They were both extremely helpful with trimming my brisket and were knowledgeable about giving me tips and tricks to cook it!”
“First time in this store. I was impressed by the clean, airy, well lit interior. The choice of products was impressive. Would definitely come again when in the neighborhood!”
“I just happened upon Moses Kountry Health Foods while out for a walk so I decided to see if they might have something I could not find at other grocery stores (VWG aka gluten flour). They did and I bought some. The staff was helpful and friendly, we chatted about vegan cooking and German food when I mentioned that I planned to use the VWG to make schnitzel. I only bought the one item, but the store seemed well stocked with all kinds of "healthy" products. If you are interested in "health food," you should probably check it out. It's easy to find on a major street and they have a nice parking lot.”
“Pretty good. I was looking for baked goods for a gift. Their selection was very small. The Sprouts on coors seems to have a better selection all around. If I am close and need basics, I will shop here.”

“I like the variety of apples that they carry. They have some varieties that no one else in Albuquerque carries. Same holds true for the oranges and grapes. The checkout people are very helpful. And it's clean.”
“Best place to return Amazon packages. I do not typically shop at whole foods, but I have made several Amazon returns at this location. There is a kiosk for small to medium packages, but I have been able to speak to a real person each time I have made my returns. They are fast and friendly.”
“I think the new store has been amazing a huge upgrade that has allowed more variety and space in the store to move around. I think when they made the switch it was bumpy, low stock and few employees. However I think that with such a big new store front and many new hires it was understandable and now it is a pleasure to shop there. My only complaint would be with the Amazon returns people but those are few and far between.”
“Today was my first time going to this location due to the common low stock on my protein powder at most locations... sure it's due to covid, but my visit was good and dude helped me out and saved me $50 so I appreciated that. Good location?”
“Every time I’ve gone in, I’ve been met with incredible service and a clean welcoming environment. Somewhat new on my fitness journey, I was recommended Ghost protein for my flavor preferences and workout routine and it’s incredible! Delicious, not too expensive and would recommend! Thanks for making me feel welcome coming in and asking questions! Great place to go!”
