I can’t tell you how happy I am with my stylist Sandra from the southern Blvd Rio Rancho location. I almost stopped going to great clips after having sub standard haircuts but Sandra restored my faith in great clips.

Adriana cut my hair and did an awesome job. Ive always had issues going to great clips over in GA but I'd definetly reccomend this location especially. Both me and my girlfriend had good experiances. Then the week after got a coupon for a $7 haircut... now my veteran dad gets a FREE haircut!? say less. They treat you like family here, they actually take their time. Both getting to know you and what you want, as well as taking their time with the haircut making sure they do it right, and well.
Requested style: I keep it long on top, but blend the sides.

I really like Alicia she is really nice and staff there is nice thank you so much.

First time here and was ignored by Sandra even though I was in line. I asked why I was passed over twice. And the conversation turned into an unnecessary argument. The lady was unprofessional and argumentative. The Manager was reasonable however. I would recommend going elsewhere with childish employees.

This was my very first time visiting this location, and sadly it will be my last. The lady cut my hair way too short, and literally butchered the back, and was very inept with the clipper, she almost cut my ear, she also asked some very personal questions that I felt uncomfortable answering, not the typical conversation one would have with a new hairdresser. I was overcharged, and all I got was a haircut with a blowdry. Awful service, and not up to par with the Wyoming location in Albuquerque. I should have read the reviews before going into this location, but I figured the service would be the same across the board. It isn't even close. Never again. $46 for a haircut, completely ridiculous.

Do not come here‼️they suck always mess up my hair only some of them speak English do not let the short Mexican/asian looking lady cut your hair I asked for a low fade and a inch off the top, she took 3 inches off the top and at first didn’t even fade my hair then proceeds to give my a high fade didn’t listen to one thing I said now I look like dumb and dumber and not only was the haircut bad she spend about a hour trying to fade the sides and another on the top please what ever you do do not give these people your money go else where‼️ is I could give this place negative stars I would.
