Came in at 8:11 pm. Waited for the cashier since the sign on the door said 5 minute restroom break. Upon returning as you could see him standing there he opened the door and said go somewhere else we are having difficulties. Really not convient. Can’t imagine if a real convenience store like Circle K did this all the time.

The pumps don't work right & customer service is trash. The cashier (dude with glasses & 1000 hickies) couldn't even get off the phone with his girlfriend long enough to even greet me & when I was explaining the issue I had with the pump he literally talked over me to continue his conversation.

I have been shopping here for years, the ownership changed so my reviews for years disappeared.A good measurement quality is to see how a company takes care of customers actual needs.It took these folks several years to put windshield washing liquids and squeegees out by the pumps after they took over and converted this.That is correct, its not two companies (one for fuel and one for expensive convenience foods) in the real world, its only one set of employees that takes care of everything on the property,Things like broken refrigerators go for a long time without being fixed.And I have never been able to pump air into my tires because I have never seen that air machine to work, it has been years and it still doesn't work (or at least doesn't work each time I go there).Even the fuel pumps are unreliable, I can't count the number of times that there was only one fuel pump available and cars backed up to the street waiting a long time to fuel up.I drive past to at least twice a day and almost always there are one or more employees outside smoking, while customers are waiting in like for a register, obviously they don't care about customers who should be able to get in and out quickly.So yes you can buy overpriced goodies here after you gas up, but any service that a customer might need is poor.

When I stopped at the Good 2 Go on 1/9, I noticed all the pumps had signs saying the card reader was not working and to pay inside. I went in to pay and the clerk was annoyed he had to stop his conversation about drinking mad dog 2020 and help me. I asked to pre auth $20 on pump 2, he replied that it was broken. I moved to another pump and pre authorized the $20. When I went out to pump gas, it didn't work. I returned inside to let him know and he got frustrated and said it was his 3rd day, pushed buttons and said it was ok to use. I tried it again, nothing. I went inside again and he got upset with me. He said it showed I already was pumping gas on that $20, I explained i hadn't and it was probably the wrong pump he did the pre auth on. He yelled at me that I was wrong. I explained again that I was on pump 4 and nothing was working. He started to get angry towards me and told me he "didn't need this sh*t" and that he had only been there 3 days. I asked if he could cancel the transaction and I would go else where. He yelled at me and told me there was nothing to cancel. I asked if there was someone else working or a manager so we can get it canceled and reimbursed if any of the funds were used. He cussed me out, calling me a "B" and to not effen roll my eyes at him. As I was walking out he continued to cuss me out, calling me every name in the book. I cannot believe he spoke to me in that manner. I was completely blown away. What's worse is that management could hire someone so volatile and angry and leave them in charge, solo. I will never stop at this place again. Very disappointed. I had to call my bank and dispute the charges (he obviously did the pre auth on my card to the wrong pump.)

I go in once in a while to buy lottery tickets. I was there a few night ago, and again today. Not only were there customers NOT wearing masks, but the employee behind the counter was NOT wearing a MASK, either. I checked on the way out that there was a sign on the glass right next to the door that read, "To enter this establishment, a mask must be worn", or something to that effect. Am I missing something?!?! Aren't we still in the middle of a Covid Virus environment with a new strain ?? Who's watching the store, literally ?? I'm kind of fond of living, and I'd like to keep it that way. Don't you care about your customers ?? I would be educating your staff and enforcing the rules if I were in your position. You just lost a customer.
