Wow! Jasmine Saenz the manager at Fred Loya is the perfect example of upmost stellar customer service , I’ve been struggling with a car claim, making countless calls for information. But one visit with Jasmine, she was able to answer all my questions in a timely manner & went out of her way to make sure all my needs and wants were met, thank you so much Jasmine, you truly helped me to the fullest, To anyone whom it regards she deserve a raise! Thank you.

only one person working and she was on the phone the whole time . i sat there for like 35 minutes and no one else was working with her it’s frustrating they need to do better asap i hated this place

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. I had to pick one to post this review. don't know if this was the branch used or not, but Fred Loya insurance as a company is slimy, cheap, and will do anything to get out of paying what is due to a victim hit by one of their clients. We were hit by one of their drivers and they were unresponsive, refusing to take responsibility. We had to take them to court. I have no personal experience with them being my own insurance company, but based on the many many reviews I've read, they don't treat their own insured clients much better. Bottom line, try hard NOT to be hit by anyone insured by Fred Loya. And I would NEVER use them as my insurance.

Cheap for a reason. Just awful. They took our car a month ago for inspection. They approved a rental, but never paid them. This morning the rental company showed up at my door demanding money and towed the car. We don’t have our car back, we haven’t received our settlement they don’t honor their policies they don’t answer or return phone calls. Just don’t do it!!!
