I chose this insurance agency because it is independent and, in fact, not far from where I live. I was able to explain the policies I needed and obtain quotes on the spot. I bound the policies while I was there so it was very productive. It was also a pleasant atmosphere with no stress or anyone trying to talk me into insurance I didn’t ask for. Altogether a lovely group of people.

We bought a new car and knew our insurance rate was going to increase but had no idea it was going to almost triple in price. A friend referred us to Franklin and our rate with the brand new car was $100 less a month than we paid with our previous insurance company that insured our 14 year old minivan. I encourage everyone to contact Franklin. They work hard to get the best rates for their clients and are very easy to work with too.8/22/2023: Since this review was posted my husband was in a car accident. He was fine and the body damage on his truck are repaired. However, we are still dealing with mechanical issues that our insurance company (Progressive Insurance that was obtained through Franklin) have decided are not part of the claim until we prove this mechanical issue was caused by the accident. When we were getting no where with Progressive, we went to Franklin for help since we’re their customer. We were told issues like this aren’t their department, all they do is shop for quotes. So as of today we are not satisfied customers of Franklin or Progress Insurance. Both love taking your insurance payments but when it comes time to advocate for their customers it’s not their department.
