Just being curious a rip off you guys rip people off just because they don’t use their account you’re gonna charge them money you guys are ridiculous. Worst bank ever my wife thinks with you guys and I keep telling her to close it because you guys rip people off you’re just after people. Money I think all your locations are joking. All your workers are a joke. This bank is a rip off.

As a norm this bank is ok. BuT... if ever you have a cashier by the name of kelsea jumawan or a very Tall African american girl with poofy hair... walk away fast.1. They have no clue what they are doing. Messed up both mine and my husband's loan and account. They are rude and insist on talking over people when they are asking a question... then they do things in which are NOT asked for.It's best to ask for Adam the supervisor... or someone up on his level... avoid these two females at all costs.

So I have had this bank since 2019..they have been very good to me except recently..these two girls work there..newbies..onr is kelsea and the other not sure since she wouldn't give me her name..African American rude. Do not use her she doesn't help..she talks over everyone. This bank almost lost a customer. They should be retrained..no doubts about it. This is the bank at 901 unser in Rio Rancho new Mexico

Beware of this place they compromised my personal information and sent someone in another state a $2900.00 check that was cashed!!! we didn't even have the same name or SS# find a credit union instead, they are trying to put the blame elsewhere elce except on them ? how Convent

WORST bank EVER! And horrible customer service. Then you call the 800 number and no one answers. You'll literally be waiting hours and eventually just give up, never getting any problems resolved. Had fraudulent activity on our account and instead of stopping it they allowed THOUSANDS to be stolen making the account negative. Reported it to the proper authorities and got a letter back stating "yes this was deemed as fraudulent activity" and the money would be returned to the account in 10 business days.... well its been a MONTH and they NEVER replaced it. You go in they tell you call the 800 number... yea the one NO ONE answers. Cannot wait to get this resolved so we can close our accounts and switch banks!!!

Went to this bank 4 times because they charged me $12 monthly maintenance fee. Two different rep’s looked at my statements and also didn’t understand why. After going back and forth with false promises of the return of the funds and a phone call that I never got, I decided to close my account. I don’t know how the branch manager gets any work done, she is never there. Worst experience and customer service from this bank!

I've gone to this location for years. I've never once had a bad experience. I like it that Darienne even remembers my name each time I come here! It just seems that whenever I need banking done, all of the employees are efficient, helpful and extremely pleasant. Thank you for that!
