The staff has great customer service for quick easy no problem too big or small for them to handle they're on top of it always and they take good care of you.Rooms: Rooms are well cleaned and taken care of never a issue getting anything I need for my room.

Situated next to Intel and some car dealerships. Very minimal traffic sounds. Quite comfortable and clean rooms. Would recommend.Food & drinks: If you come to Albuquerque, you gotta try Wecks

I would not stay at this property again in my life, and our company will no longer place people here.Upon my moving into my room, I turned on the ac, connected my cpap, and went to sleep after a long drive. I did not detect a scent upon entering the room.The next day after arriving back and the ac running all day for my dog I smelled a strong scent of cigarettes. Apparently the ac was contaminated heavily with cigarette smoke.I requested to be moved to a new room only to discover once in fresh air again my cpap has been contaminated with smoke. Upon talking to staff here they will not offer the slightest compensation even though we spent over 1500 here.They damaged 600 dollar medical equipment and refuse to do a damn thing about it. They let me know they charged the previous tenant a smoking fee though! So not only did they collect extra money for my inconvenience they then refused to allocate anything to the damage they caused by placing me in a contaminated room.Their excuse is that I did not immediately change rooms, however I did not smell it until an entire day later due to it being in the ac and the ac not running prior to my stay. It only became apparent the following day because I put my mask on and went to sleep immediately, and got accustomed to the smell causing me not to notice it til I’d been out of the room for the dayTerrible customer service, cpap still smells almost a month later and I can’t afford to replace it at the moment. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here ever

Well, ignorance is bliss! If you’re in financial need of a place like this, I would guess that this is a wonderful hotel chain. I have a dog that’s why I’m here so that I could visit my mother’s grave on my way to Arizona. The front desk won’t even stand up to ask a question. Do you have ice? “we don’t do that here.” You should have ice trays in your refrigerator freezer in your room. I told her I do not I have no glassware. I have no glass to drink or take my pills. I have no ice for my bad knee. This place is unbelievably filthy. They have a dog area to let your dog go to the restroom, which is why this is a dog friendly hotel but there isn’t one freaking bag to pick up the dog poop to keep the place clean, not necessary folks cause no matter what you do even if you clean up thing of poop it’s not going to help! I wouldn’t eat breakfast here for $1 million just because of the attitude, the ignorance, the unaccommodating lack of professionalism coming from the front desk. I suppose that’s why you should not arrive during the late shift.Safety: You won’t get safety here people! I’m from New Mexico born and raised three generations to be specific. I don’t care where I stay. I don’t care who I deal with. I’m pretty friendly and kind to everybody, it’s not healthy here. It is not clean here. They accept dogs and have a dog area for going to the potty but yet there’s not one bag to pick up the poop if your dog happens to go to the bathroom. The only part of the place that looks nice is the lobby and that’s still pathetic.

This place was a total dump. Condoms in the drawer, filthy carpet, smelly, bugs, dirty towels on the bathroom floor, AC didn't work, microwave didn't work. I purchased a bunch of food for the microwave and then it broke and the employee refused to fix it. He told me to go to the employee room to use theirs. No thanks. Rude staff. I would NEVER stay here again. They allowed maintenance into my room when I wasn't there after I told them that I HAD to be in the room when anyone entered.

We did not like this place at all. Upon check in, the night clerk was very rude. He said we had two reservations for 1 night only. We booked on Priceline, for 3 nights and paid it in full. He wanted to charge us for all 3 nights! I showed him all my confirmation numbers and he said they don’t deal with 3rd party apps. After finally proving our right to stay, he gave us our key cards. We go up to the room, unpack and get ready for bed. All of a sudden our door opens and a stranger comes in saying it’s his room! We had to straighten that mess out, because the clerk put him in our room. You can’t make this up! The room was supposed to have all you need for cooking. There was nothing. I found out you had to go back down and check them out, like a damn library. They wouldn’t even bring the items to you. The bathroom had a clogged drain in the tub, so you had to stand in 3 inches of water while taking your shower. Finally, they said they had breakfast in the am. Turned out to be coffee and a tiny muffin or granola bar. They also ran out of coffee at 7 am.I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Stayed at this location and numerous other extended stays and this is y far the worse. Been robbed here and their cameras don’t work. The general manager is bipolar, simply asked for dishes mind you I been here many times and there are two packages the basic dishes or the works with pots and pans. She asks “you need every single item?!” Well yeah I’m here 5 days with a toddler I’m going to need every single item. Then proceeds to say I’m giving her attitude when she was flippant from the start. Yells at me down the hall saying she can cancel my reservation which again is already made til Friday through Priceline. I call corporate talk to them and proceed to try again and feed my kid and get dishes and she says you aren’t on the room I can’t give them to you. Then my significant other calls and she says well you have to add her to the room blah blah blah when this has t never even been an issue the past few weeks we been at this location. So overall NEVER stay here the one across the road waaaaaaay better and the manager is way nicer.

I made reservations a month in advance upon arrival at 4:30pm our rooms were not ready. Waited till 8:30pm for rooms to be clean. They were not cleaned we found an empty vodka bottle under bed and 3 girls broke out in rashes in 3 separate rooms causing us to have to leave the hotel in the middle of the night due to health concerns of the unclean environment after being there only 2.5 hours!!!! Worst experience ever to be traveling with a group of 14 girls never will I stay there again!!!Rooms: Disgusting unclean and unhealthy!!!

‼️(UPDATED REVIEW, FAITH RESTORED IN HUMANITY!!!)‼️Looking at the review below it sadens my heart that I took part in being so NASTY I think before I truly gave anyone a chance! I would like to give the biggest thank you to Derrick Frost who is the assistant general manager and as it turns out he really does know what good customer service is and his job is so much important. He was the one that put up with my attitude even while being sick and as soon as he was able he got me a refund and many apologies. He also promised me that he would not let this kind of thing happen again. I was wrong and I say it, I WAS WRONG! My biggest apologies to the Extended Stay and ESPECIALLY to Derrick! In this world we can be so nasty and ugly to each other and it just seems to snowball and now it just seems to be just the norm these days but if we would just check ourselves once in awhile and show the same patients, kindness, respect and love that we are demanding maybe that could become the snowball and the norm. Imagine a world where everyone shows love and kindness to each other!!!! There is not ANYONE of us perfect or not a place that is perfect but just finding love in yourself will also find happiness, peace and a better world for ALL of us. I will never give up hope and thank you Derrick for restoring my faith. It's a HUGE thing to me and I know I was terrible to deal with so just ... THANK YOU!❌HEAL❌TH ❌HAZ❌ARD:❌My mother and I stayed in room 116 on Feb 3rd. We had to leave our room at 3am due to the filth, black mold and cockroaches in our room. The front desk lady, Rosa offered us another room but then continued to argue with my mother about the fact that roaches spread very quickly and we were not willing to take the chance for our things to be infested. Rosa stated that we would need to speak to her manager at 7am. Me and my 50 year old disabled mother and our service dog had to SLEEP IN OUR CAR just to have the assistant general manager, Derrick that the numerous pictures I provided had to be investigated by his audit team and they only work on regular business days. Derrick was very uncaring and refused to even offer an apology. It was TERRIBLE customer service and not to mention a health hazard. I'm not exactly sure why he holds the title of "assistant general manager" if he can do nothing more than want front desk Rosa can do and if he has very poor customer service skills that make it very apparent he does not care about extended stays customers that keep their business running. Seems like a waste of management money to me but what do I know! Anywho, I most definitely will be filing a complaint! I'm also researching how to file a complaint in regards to the health hazard that can be caused by the nastiness of this hotel.Noteworthy details: ‼️UPDATE‼️I'm extremely sorry Derrick, the world needs more general managers like you.
