My daughter and I lived here for 4 years. It was a great experience. Any maintenance problems were fixed quickly and professionally by Sergio and his crew. The pool is nice too. It's great if you have to commute to Santa Fe or north Rio Rancho/Albuquerque. The prices couldn't be beat either! Maya and the other office staff were very professional and always had little candies for my daughter.

Ah, Enchanted Hills. Are you looking for a completely useless and uncaring management team? Perfect! Would you like to pick up bed bugs on your brand new mattress and box springs? Look no further! The Ritz-Carlton of disgusting. Consider sleeping under a bridge before giving this company any of your money.Would you like to chat face-to-face with someone in the office? Big fat LOL; their hour-plus lunches during the weekends won’t allow you to. Need work done on your apartment? Only when Sergio and his team of drooling troglodytes feel like getting around to it. An abysmal experience to say the least.

Having lived here for 7 years, I have complete adoration for the staff of Enchanted Hills! Miya and Olivia are super professional in the office and Sergio, Ben and Sergio are completely invested in their jobs; nothing gets past any of them. I am sad to leave, however, I highly recommend this place to live as one of the best places I have ever had the privilege to live. Amenities are fantastic and the view isn't half bad either.

I would give this a zero stars if I could. We where trying to get a apartment here and the manager Olivia and Steven where real nice at first but they do leave out information and give you no warnings. They told us that our current apartment complex wouldn't give out our info until we put in our notice . So the manager Olivia assured us that we would get accepted. Our application didn't get accepted and we where not told why are all after a two week wait and after many notifications from Olivia that it wouldn't be a problem. Then they where difficult about refunding our deposit saying they couldn't cash the money gram and give us our money . They are nice while trying to help and very difficult if you don't get accepted. I am glad we didn't move in here ,after finding out what kind of people they are. Watch your backs if you live there. They are frauds and not forth coming about info . They trick you just to get money.

Just know they will scam you at the end if you even leave. I emailed asking why I was not getting my full deposit back knowing I cleaned the apartment well. The charged me $150 for the following which they sent pics to include; 4 rose petals on the carpet (even though they are required to clean the carpet and it was other wise vacuumed and stainless). They also charged me for the mineral ring in the toilet that was there when I moved in and is impossible to get rid of (I tried). Shame on me for leaving 4 paper bags under the sink - charged for that. Oh and the stain from mildew from their cheap windows-expect to be charged for that too. I cleaned the apartment extremely well and was actually cleaner when I moved out than when I moved in. The maintenance team is sometimes HORRIBLE but if you get the right guy he will do well. I had a beautiful view in building 8. The neighbors who moved above me were so loud and rude I moved out earlier than I intended. I rarely got a good nights rest. I did report it but there was little change. Location is great to commute to SF and there is good amenities in the area. Management was sometime good, sometime not. 2 1/2 stars is a more accurate.

These reviews must be old. I have lived here 3 years. NO bugs, very clean. No problems with crime or vandalism. I feel very secure. The staff is great if you report a problem they are on top of it.

Made me fill out a money order for a deposit to hold the apartment. They call me and said I was denied, without given me an explanation. They give me the money order back but now I have to send it back and wait 30 days to get my money back. Poor practices.

Horrible place, entire complex is infested with bed bugs and no one was notified, completely unprofessional and staff is incredibly rude. Highly suggest living somewhere else

Bed bugs and they are not notifying tenants that live here or future potential tenants. They are charging me for rent of a bug infested apartment that I am not living in while I look for a new bug free place. Do not rent.
