I’d never been to a trampoline park before. Pretty cool place. We took 50 8th graders as part of a field trip to celebrate the end of the school year.Students had fun, the place appeared clean, and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. After being there for an hour or so, I felt somewhat bored, but I could see from the student’s expressions and laughter they had fun running around.What stood out to me was most of the students you’d think would be on their phone or listening to their music were actually enjoying being a kid again. That was a pleasure to see.The food was mid at best and the staff seemed like NPCs. I don’t blame them, but at the same time I blame ‘em. Taquitos we’re burnt from the snack bar, but the prices were fair.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.The facilities are are maintained-some tables needed cleaning.Restrooms are clean however some toilet seats are very loose.Alot of staff watching for safety of children.Food line was short. Prices reasonable.I liked that staff hid a stuffed animal and kids got to search for it. Need more games like that.

Not a safe place for your kids to play. Rampant with bullies and big kids who beat up the litte ones. Staff does absolutely nothing. Mean boys told my daughter "it's only for boys". The parent in charge of the boys said "boys, do better". Nothing else. Don't waste your money here. Staff could have rectified the situation but didn't do anything. Was going to get a membership, but I'll go elsewhere. Not just my kid getting bullied either. Other parents complaining and absolutely nothing done.

Wonderful facilities, and very kind and welcoming service. The young lady that helped us, Autumn, was wonderful and made us feel incredibly welcomed.

On of best trampoline parks. Pros: big areas to jump. Delicious foodWell maintained facilities. Professional workers and great customer service. Con: it's a 45 minute drive (but totally worth it).

Our family had a birthday party at your facility and it was a great time. The staff was friendly and prompt on helping us. Our hostess/Party event planner was amazing, she was so nice and did her job great! Everything turned out great. The only thing I would say could be better is a longer time in the actual party room would have been great! We felt rushed in eating, cake and presents. All in all thank you for the memories for our 9 year old girl, she had a blast!!

Celebrated my son’s 5th Birthday here!Autumn our Hostess was so wonderfully sweet and kind! She helped with so much from setting up our tables, serving the kiddos pizza, drinks and cutting cake!We love visiting Elevate Jump Park and can’t wait to come back.Thank you Autumn for making my sons party one I could enjoy without having to stress about the details.You’re amazing ??✨❤️
