So my check engine light went on and I called David at Dwain's Auto spoke to him at length and he suggested I bring the car in. 2 days later when David called me he thoroughly went over all the options of what my choices were to get done. David didn't try to upsell me anything didn't try to sell me any extra parts he fixed what the problem was . I got my car back very quickly I'm very happy with the approach that Dwain's Auto takes with delivering precise mechanical work and no extras! I would highly recommend using them next time you're Auto has a problem.

This shop was quick to get to work and honest. My ac went down on the first 100°day of summer. I went to Brown's Automotive and they tried to sell me the whole shop. Then I went to Dwains and they repaired my entire a/c for 50 cents on the dollar of what Brown's wanted to charge me! Don't go to Brown's, go to Dwain's every time. I will be a returning customer ?

I have been looking for an auto repair shop in Rio Rancho that I can trust for honest, fair priced and quality service. I think I may have found it with Dwain’s. I called them, talked to David about what I needed. He gave me a price for my repairs and told me when they could get to it. I brought my car in and they completed the work the next day. So far, it feels like I got exactly what you should expect from a repair shop. There are many options in service shops but I am hopeful this will now be my “go to”.

I've always been very satisfied taking my vehicles to Dwains Automotive over the years. My latest visit was no different. I was quoted a price and they honored their estimate even though it took them much longer to complete the repair. Not many shops have that kind of commitment these days.They are honest, reputable and give top notch service. While prices for everyday items everywhere continue to rise Dwains prices are very fair. I highly recommend Dwains Automotive.
