Honest but pricey. Great technicians than most that are round. They give you proper diagnosis and explain and show. Competitive pricing and can price match BUT they do NOT allow you to competitive pay in monthly payments (if you're looking for that service).

I used to enjoy the service of this Quick Lane location. iv been taking my truck here to this location at Chalmers Ford for 6 or 7 yrs. As of today, I will never take my vehicle here again. Last week, I had an appt to have the truck serviced. I go in and the Service Manager says ot will be about 3 hrs. I said why I had an appt. He says 4 techs quit. Ok, I understand. I reschedule. skip forward 1 week. I go in and as soon as I walk in, service writer has an attitude. I can tell he is upset. I keep the chat to a minimum because I dont want to upset him. the service took roughly an hour. no biggie. I pay. Go out to my truck and when i open the driver side door, there is oil and grim on my seat and center console. no biggie. I go inside and ask the service writer to have tech clean it. once Service writer goes back inside, he denies that his tech created the oil and grim stains. This is where the issue is.. He deliberately denied the issue. refused to apologize. I explained that oil was not there when I arrived. he again stated, that didnt come from his tech. I go outside to tell the tech to give me my keys. he said why? I said don't ask me why. Give me my damn keys. I then explain that he needs to have more respect for customer vehicles and dont get in the vehicles without checking his clothes and wiping his hands off. The service writer comes outside and says dont talk to my tech, you can talk to me. I said , I already tried and you denied everything and didn't make it right. You tried to blame someone else!Future customers, find somewhere else to go. This place has gone down hill.

Tried taking my car to get a repair and Mike and his technician could fix an easy fix and would rather sell me a tire worst customer service experience

Few days ago I was told to drop my car off in the morning showed up to drop off. They told me to take my car. Could be up to 5 days til I could pick up car . I asked why is that and they told me no help. Find that odd. So talking around and hear Chalmers Ford has know problems with finding help. So beware if they tell you to show up. Quick Lane was rude to tell you to drop off then to leave... Never again this package is a joke.. Do not trust walk ins with this company..

I came here under stress because my tire had suddenly gone flat while traveling between work appointments. I happened to stop to check it at the gas station across the street, so I filled up with air as best I could and limped my way over.The man at the front desk was extremely understanding and helpful, and he went out of his way to make sure my issue was addressed in a timely manner. I was driving away less than 40 minutes after I arrived.The lobby was clean, cool, and comfortable while I waited, and at the end of the day, I felt valued and taken care of.

Took truck in for recall asked employee if they do that, even specified it was an air bag issue, he told me they do it and it will take a couple days, make appointment show up and they tell me they don’t do those repairs, what an absolute waste of my time.Service: Oil change

Called on Friday to make sure they would be open on Saturday due to it being Memorial weekend. Was told yes, when I went in to the check in I was told I needed an appointment.

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I sat around for an hour before I was approached with an up-sale pitch for over $1500 worth of services. No work had been done on the vehicle when I was approached, so if you schedule an appointment with this place, you will be waiting and they will try to sell you unnecessary services before they even work on your vehicle.

The service department at Don Chalmers Ford always takes great care of me. They are professional friendly and work to solve your problem as quickly as possible. I have been a customer there for over 12 years and even when I've had a problem or concern with service they always provide great resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.

Always a good experience for me. They keep late hours so you can go after work and do a good amount of work beyond oil changes and tire rotations. If you love your Ford, take her there for some TLC next time it's time to fix the chronic leak in your rear differential.

Routine "The Works" service on the F150 went well, took about an hour just like the man said. Pleasant waiting area, Thursday Night Football on a big screen, no bad surprises, will go back next time.
