Service Advisor, Gatti is always helpful. I have been going to Don Chalmers for years and years and so far never a bad experience. If I ever do, I will the first to post but also the first to recommend and commend. Thank you Gatti. This is just a follow-up to my previous recommendation, ditto, ditto, ditto. Just had service on my back-up camera and everything went smoothly. So glad I purchased the another extended Warranty after the one we purchased when we bought the car expired. Always purchase the extended warranties through Ford Motor thru your Dealer, it pays off!!

My experience started out pleasant with salesman Bryan. He was a total pro. However, after I made an offer, sales manager Matt was super disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of simply declining and providing a card for follow-up, he decided to hold my trade keys like some sleazy used car dealer would. I tried reaching out, but I got no response from anyone other than Bryan. I'm sure I'll get a "please call so and so" response to this, but too little - too late. Not only did Matt blow up this deal, but he lost Chalmers this customer for life.
I would recommend shopping somewhere else that has more respect for prospective customers.
