I love the salon quality hair shampoos and conditioners for color treated hair. The coupons and rewards make the prices better than shopping at Ulta.

Asked if they had kardia mobile at the pharmacy. Little gal first told me "we dont carry them". I said, "Their on your website". She changes her mind and then tells me, "Were out then". She didnt even look, she was rude and lazy. Is this whger you want to get your prescriptions and advice. HELL NO. I then asked the manager and he sid they may be out but he'll show me where they're at. Sure enough they were on the shelf underlock n key. I told him about my conversation with said little gal at pharmacy and he blew it off also. The damn store was almost empty. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Made a vaccine appointment. Completed the online pre check in and arrived 15 minutes as requested. Was third on the list and they cut people in front of me. Waited over an hour and finally got up and left. Why make appointments if walk ins can cut the line by just showing up.

If your skin isn't white, the employees will watch and follow you around. All I can say is just because you're judging me by my skin color doesn't mean I'm a thief. Do better CVS employees, let your customers shop at peace instead of hovering over them. Sheesh!!

I met the criteria for a receipt coupon. I deposited it when told to do so. I could not prove that I had bought the right items to use the coupon and the clerk didn't care at all.

I LOVE all the EXTRA BUCKS I get with CVS at the corner is 528 and Southern in Rio Rancho. I believe if you pay $5 a month for their extra bucks program ….. you get $10 extra bucks credit to spend every month! PLUS you get discounts upon discounts AND FREE DELIVERY of your meds to your home same day!!!!! WOW!!!! I love going to CVS and getting all my discounts and save anywhere from $20-$40 bucks off my totals!!! Makeup can be expensive, especially Oily of Olay Moisturizer and Maybeline Super Stay Lip Pencils and stuff like that. I am NEVER disappointed in my savings! It’s like winning at the casino!!! As they ring up the totals at the end, I anxiously await the total after discounts apply ….. I am always DO HAPPY to hear the end result in how much I have saved!!!!! PLUS I get extra reward bucks to use on next purchase just for making that purchase!! Totally worth it!!! The clerk that is ALWAYS so helpful with me, (and very patient w me) is always so helpful ?. She actually sold me on the idea of signing up for extra bucks and help me set it up on my phone and everything! She’s the younger girl with a nice make up job on her eye liner ?.Grateful for all the benefits I receive from CBS. Totally worth the $5 a month charge!!

For now I wish to remain anonymous due to the unfair targeting, retaliation, and backlash of huge business with huge teams of lawyers, who would do all but fix their practices, even after numerous friendly conversations with staff, I wish to remain anonymous. For now I wish to remain anonymous due to the unfair targeting, retaliation, and backlash of huge business with huge teams of lawyers, who would do all but fix their practices, even after numerous friendly conversations with staff, I wish to remain anonymous. First of all, I am writing this negative review because I was blacklisted from obtaining medicine from all of CVS after having numerous mistakes done with my medicines and after being repeatedly disrespected by Danielle (Head Pharmacist). I have to say that medicine and healthcare is a very serious and personal thing, and I want to thank all the good and caring healthcare professionals out there. I am a disabled veteran who has many health issues and relies on my medication. I have had many less than stellar experiences at this pharmacy. I have been told things that are not true regarding medicine availability, dosing sizes, and processes that are required in order to obtain medicines. I understand that medicines isn't easy and choose to simply communicate about things and not hold people accountable, even though they should know their job. I try my best to conduct myself with integrity and work towards a solution. Now, this lady named Danielle who is their head pharmacist seems to have a chip on her shoulder. She appeared one day and started being very negative to me. She told me that I was being "rude" to her staff out of nowhere. I was then made to jump through hoops to obtain my medicines. Medicines I need for very serious heart, mobility, and other issues. Some medicines insurance covers, and unfortunately others have to be paid out of pocket. This seems to upset Danielle when a customer asks questions or requests medicines (in other words, the customer is expected to know all things, have all medicines go through insurance, ask no questions at all, need none of the medicines on the menu that the automatic voice tells the customer to ask the pharmacy about when they pull up to the window, etc.). Since the first encounter with Danielle, I went and took it upon myself to be the solution to the problem and asked every staff member I encountered at the location if I was being rude and what I could do to improve my interactions. They all said that I waws fine and didn't have any problems. Most of them said that Danielle was out of line and that customers were allowed to request medicines. Danielle knowing about my mobility and other issues has often thrown my issues in my face and made fun of me in the drive through for having these issues. She has also told me to go into the store knowing how difficult it was for me to even drive there. She is making me feel like I should make it a point to withhold information from them to eliminate this childish behavior. She obviously needs someone to pray for her. I was finally forced to do a formal complaint against here. One day I was getting my medicines and was about to receive a disbursement from another staff member when Danielle suddenly appeared (the first time I saw her after the complaint) and pushed them aside and told me that I was no longer welcome there, that I was "rude" to staff members, and that they "had the right to refuse service to anyone". I feel this is extremely unfair since obtaining medicines takes weeks and I had been out of one of my heart medicines for a week already and had been admitted to the hospital with elevated troponin amongst other issues when I hadn't received medicines in the past. Today I am finally doing a negative review since people in health should not target people and retaliate after refusing to discuss what is going on. A person's health is very serious and healthcare is not a game. Not mention the code of ethics a healthcare provider is supposed to adhere to. After reaching o

My husband and I came in on Thanksgiving for some sweets and drinks, we were followed around the store as if thieves. Eyes on us the entire time following us from isle to isle. Not anyone else in the store which had a decent amount of people at the time. Just us.Everywhere my husband goes he gets judged by his race and the tattoos he has and that is called discrimination. It is so very frustrating that he makes great money never steals always pays for the things we need and he is still following around like a criminal. We hardly ever go to cvs and I can say we will not be returning after that treatment.I understand that with the times we live in that it is a huge crisis but not everyone is a criminal and you should be ashamed of yourselves for allowing behavior like that.

I have used this CVS pharmacy for many years and have been very pleased with the service, until now. CVS lost their contract with Presbyterian, I found out, so Presbyterian won't pay them for prescriptions, however, when I went to this CVS, twice now, have been told "my insurance didn't cover my vaccines", which is not true, Presbyterian did pay for my vaccines at Walmart, a pharmacy they have a contract with. Glad I researched and got the truth, I would have gone without vaccines. Hope this might help someone.

They don't care about my health. My monthly migraine Aimovig prescription is constantly coming in late resulting in break through migraines. It's come in up to two weeks late. Last time I spoke to the pharmacist and asked how to get it in on time when the insurance won't let me request it any earlier. They told me to call two weeks before I need it and they would manually place the order. I did that two weeks ago. I was told it was on order for me. I asked if it would specifically be held for me or on if another person with Aimovig requested it first if they would get it. They said they specifically ordered it for me it would go to me. Today I requested it for pickup to find out it's not in stock. I asked why it wasn't in stock since it was ordered two weeks ago for me. They told me no such order was placed. So if they pharmacist will say they order items but not , how will I ever trust that they are ordering it when they say they are when the very first time they lie about placing the order and now once again I won't get my medication on time. Thanks cvs, I find a medication that finally works and you can't get it to me in a timely manner.

Nice that CVS cancelled all vaccine appointments until Monday with no notification whatsoever. I had to call the pharmacy to find this out. Now I have to reschedule using their very unfriendly system. Not really the local branch’s fault but still really unprofessional.

I’m not sure what has happened to this pharmacy. I have called the pharmacist twice (takes time and patience to get through) and gone into the pharmacy in person three times to refill my medication—not a new prescription—I still don’t have it and they do have it in stock. There is no communication or culture of follow through with this team at all. Sad.
