These guys are AMAZING. Called the day before to set a good time to come set up, came the day of our party and set up so quickly and efficiently. The 2 employees that stayed to do the laser tag with the kids were incredible. So very helpful and VERY polite. The kids had such a good time! They cleaned up and left everything like it was before they had gotten here. I cant say enough great things about them. I will definitely be recommending them for birthdays with everyone I know.

I have rented a bounce house from Battlefield NM twice and I’ve had a great experience both times. The kids LOVE it, it’s a fair price, timely service, and they do all the set up and breakdown. We will be using them again! Thank you!

Jumper was very dirty person setting up had to clean tent we got did not have any princess on it. Anyways it was ok for the price.

Friendly and great communication. On time with drop off and pick up. Bouncers were great and the kids loved them. Laser tag was the star of the event. Our school will definitely be using you again! Thank you!

Great customer service through and through! John was amazing the whole staff was great John helped me so much as I don't know my measurements well and I'm more of a visual compare contrast type of person. John took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I was answered right away on call backs and keep in contact with. The other places didn't give me the experience I had at Battlefield NM I felt as a customer they cared about me and my kiddos event they took the time to answer and give details instead of throwing me to their website like the rest did. All the equipment and the jumper was really clean. We had such a blast I forgot to take pictures! I highly recommend Battlefield NM!! not only for the wonderful experience we had but for the customer service, the cleanliness, adaptability for accommodations, flexibility for time, organization, detailed with instructions, and reasonable prices! We had so much fun I forgot to take pictures! I got the double jumper! We will be coming back thank you so much Battlefield NM for an unforgettable birthday party!Edit was made due to some misspellings
