While the employees are nice and helpful (they have been since bank of the west) it is BMO that is the problem. Was told I cannot spend my money how I choose. When I went to make a moderately large purchase it was declined and I was actually told your bank doesn't allow this! Seriously?! I can't spend my own money? Many other issues which is why I closed my business account and will be closing my personal accounts soon.

This is the WORST bank I've dealt with. I have an investment opportunity and need to wire transfer 70,000. So far today we have spent 4 hours trying to do this and it is impossible. There is no one to speak to, this is my money and I am unable to. As soon as I am able to get to the bronze I will close both my accounts and find a decent bank.

I worked with Rose to open my accounts. She lied of the amount of the monthly deposit, said it was $0.10 (ten cents) that it could be done over the app. The bank of the west app sometimes acknowledges money exchange from bank to bank as transfers not deposits. Some months I would acure fees when the system wanted to declare my exchanges as transfers and not deposit. I went into the bank to have my accounts closed bc I was tired of the faulty app, lies over the phone, and fees. I visited the Rio Rancho branch to pay my accounts in full. I was told that my accounts would be closed that same week. Weeks later only one account is closed I just received a new bank statement. Customer service doesn’t exist at this bank.

I've been a member of this location for five years, had a problem with my card, well the chip on my card, everytime I used card, it wouldn't read the chip at all. I literally went in after having it happen several times, and they had no clue. I found a work around, but still issue was not resolved. The drive thu takes forever, at least fifteen minutes for a transaction, even with no one else in line. It is faster to just go in than to sit out there and wait. Very poor banking service, I avoid as much as possiable.

Nobody in line at drive thru and no teller at the window! 20 minutes to make a deposit and no one is in line!

Worst banking experience I've ever had. I deposited $1200 at an ATM, it said "transaction failed". I called to fix the issue- they have now removed and redeposited the money 3 times and it may happen again. Now it looks like I over-drew my account when in fact I didn't. Go ahead and risk banking with them. They will play with your money like a 5-year-old plays Monopoly.

Write check to other person, bank wants to charge them $9.50 since they are not a customer. So bank basically makes my personal check worth less. That's number one.Two- go to drive thru to cash another check to avoid the $9.50 bullsh*t fee. Never asked how said money was wanted. So asked for 4x100 and 4x50 instead of the 30x20's. Got 4 50's and the rest 20's.So I go into the lobby and get the 20's exchanged for 100's. I won't go into the wait...........Been a customer of this bank since they came to NM. Looking elsewhere and so should you.This all happened in the last hour. 12/9/20 1137am

Customer service is the worst of any business I have seen in a very long time. Go to the front door at 3:15pm and its locked. Sign says open till 4pm. Drive thru is backed up because they are so incredibly slow
