I’ve been a customer of BofA since 1981, and will continue to bank with them until I’m not able to. They are always helpful, and their frontline tellers are very friendly and respectful. The tellers are very knowledgeable about products that are offered by BofA. I actually drive out of my normal area to be able to patronize this particular location.

I wish I could leave a 0 star. And I know they don’t care about Customer service so that doesn’t matter. I went with a colleague of mine to inquire about business loans, from the guy sitting at the counter saying “business services” he said they do lending but could not advise further so he sent us 2 spots down to his manager to inquire more. She then stutters from counting money looking frazzled, to tell us to have a seat in the lobby, which was empty, and no customers in it (because she was busy) while they laugh and giggle behind the counter for 5 or so minutes . I walked out. Completely disrespectful. Might as well have spit on me.

I went into this branch today to close our savings account. When i walked in a group of employees were standing around one of the teller lines talking loudly. No one achknowledged me when i walked in. Finally one teller said i could go to her line. I told her i wanted to close my savings account, she asked me to insert my debit card and said loudly to a gentleman two teller lines away that i had a zero balance account that needed closing (which is information i dont think needs to be shouted in a bank). The man never spoke to me except to say he needed my ID and debit card. He never verified with me what i needed done. All he told me was the account would be closed by midnight. When i logged in to my mobile account later i found that he closed both my checking and my savings which is not what i wanted. I have no idea whats going to happen to my direct deposit.

I went to withdraw 9,000 but she told me that she did not have that amount, she told me that she only had 7,300, so I accepted, she did not use the counting machine, she counted it with her hands, but she did it very quickly, but I did not distrust it because it is a bank, and finally she arrived at My house and I count the money and I'm missing 300 dollars. How could that be possible? I didn't want to go back to claim it because maybe it was my fault for not counting the money there. Anyway, I will never return to that place, they are thieves. This just happened 30 min ago

Just visited this location to inquire about getting a personal loan to remodel my kitchen. Was told they don't do these types of loans but they could help me with an equity loan. I am not interested in pulling out positive equity on my home hence the reason I'm remodeling. I asked if there was somewhere else I could go and the representative stated he does not know where I could get one of these loans and then offered me an opportunity to apply for a credit card. Although I appreciate the gesture nothing was accomplished by coming here and I'm honestly surprised by this. Not so much this location but moreover the business.

I would give zero star if I could.How come they could maintain the business like this?They are pretty rude to their customer, especially the woman sitting at the far left over the counter.This is the only one branch near my home so no option I have.Whenever I visit here, 9 out of 10 I get offended.

I have been a Bank of America customer for 50 years. I went to this branch to deposit a check for my business and the staff brushed me off and told me to get my business documents. They did not direct me to a staff member to help me and when I told them I had been a customer for 50 years they did nothing. I will never go to this branch again. There was no respect for a long term customer. If you want my business to continue, you have to treat me better.....!

They closed their second location in RR and then went down to 1 drive up ATM at this location. Bank elsewhere. BofA customer service in NM is just plain awful.

Every time I come here, there is a long queue and only one teller. It seems that hiring is not a priority here. Bank of America as a whole is a terrible bank. This branch in particular is even worse. I think if one values their time, you should consider another bank to work with. I know I am.
