“My daughter and I lived here for 4 years. It was a great experience. Any maintenance problems were fixed quickly and professionally by Sergio and his crew. The pool is nice too. It's great if you have to commute to Santa Fe or north Rio Rancho/Albuquerque. The prices couldn't be beat either! Maya and the other office staff were very professional and always had little candies for my daughter.”

“Great place. Complex itself is older, but have been maintained. Clean apartments, in a nice neighborhood. Thanks Victoria for an easy application and move in process. ?”

“All in all, not a bad place to live. My biggest complaint was the lack of a waitlist for vacancies but I got lucky one day to be able to live here finally! :) People complain about not answering phones? I dont always get an answer on the first try but I just keep calling until I do and eventually someone answers. Sometimes the boss lady sounds stressed or impatient but she still maintains professionalism. The staff are polite and reasonably friendly. Dont tell the lady to do the work order cuz they dont write em down and they forget. If you wanna get work orders done, use the app. Work orders usually dont take that long but during inspection time work orders will take a week or 2 longer. Yeah the water get shut off alot cuz old plumbing; Whatcha gonna do? Stuff breaks, ya gotta fix it. And theres only 1 guy doing literally EVERYTHING so... you gotta be patient til they hire another person to help him. Anways..... I will change to 5-stars once we get a FULL pathway from the office to the back lot past the pool and around the playground.(for wheelchair safety if nothing else)
EDIT: The kid on the dirt bike is actually riding around in a natual arroyo (dried up river bed?) that is technically not on the property so.... management cant do anything about it anyway. Technically they are in a legal location to be enjoying their bike. Fortunately school is back in so the noise is greatly reduced for now and they havent ridden at night since my first complaint.

They seem to have fixed the drainage problem by my stairs and brought back additional bricks (they look like roofing tiles) so we can make a stepping stones if needed. Currently they are stacked off to the side. +++

I hope to see them hire additional maintenance staff to address the lengthy wait times of repairs. And give that poor guy some relief

[The excessive nature sounds drive me nuts but its not their fault theres cicadas, crickets, coyotes, some ungodly abomination that I assume is a bird of some kind since I havent seen it.]”

“Though no longer owned by the retired secretaries association, I really like the property and the amenities it offers. It's also in a great location, and the staff is wonderful!”
