I want to make an addendum: the Albertsons in Rio Rancho compared to the one close to our house in Albuquerque is like day and night. The Albertsons in Rio Rancho has friendly employees who greet you and wish you a "blessed day" in stark contrast to the Albuquerque locus--they sneer at you and insult you. You guys do a great job!

I've been coming to this location for years. Even though they have "WIC approved" on their doors, all the cashiers know to not accept it as a form of payment. Your team just lost me as a customer. Not only is this illegal, it's unethical. It is being reported to the State department. Update: why would I message you privately? If you're embarrassed, fix it as a location, not with each customer that you do wrong.

Me and my grandmother we're at the Ridgecrest location today and my grandmother was attempting to get shampoo which is locked up and you have to press the button well we pressed the button and waited like a good few minutes and cashiers could clearly see us but didn't bother helping us or sending someone over to unlock the door for us. If you're not going to answer to your customers Albertsons when you have something locked behind a door than maybe you shouldn't sell that product anymore and if you don't want people stealing your products hire security it may not be the local stores fault for these procedures but it sure as hell is your corporate's fault nevermind that these products being locked up in the first place is ridiculous don't punish the rest of your customers because you can't control your products and because you have a thief problem.

i've lived in this area for 30 years and in the last three years Albertsons market has turned to trash. Now they have gimmicks like with the bananas instead of by the pound they sell them by each instead of asparagus by the bunch it's by the pound their prices have exceeded greed and on top of it the south checkout is absolutely horrid. The employees stand around instead of helping people they just lollygag until the employee is summoned by the customer. When you walk into the store the first thing you see are the facts of the employees there is no greeting there is no hello there is no thank you on your way out

This pharmacy makes you feel like a drug seeker.They will not fill your medications because their pharmacist deside to hold the prescription, even out of 2 major surgeries.I was held without my medication for 10 days right after a hysterectomy.I will never use them again.Also there is a women named BarbaraWho is beyond nasty.They are unprofessional, rude and they're work ethic are horrible.Done with them.

The cashier I had was AWFUL. I believe his name was Devin, he was so rude. When I asked him for my bag credit he rolled his eyes and let out a sigh, as if he didn't want to help me. I was nothing but nice and respectful to this employee. I have been shopping at this Albertsons for 5 years and I have never had a problem with any employees, I am beyond disgusted and disappointed in the customer service I experienced with Devin.

I've been using this pharmacy for 8-1/2 years and have always been treated with respect. The staff is knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile. There have been just a couple of hiccups over the years, but with all the business they do, and with insurance companies thrown in the mix, it's to be expected...please note, emphasis on insurance companies! They also always have on staff a student employee from UNM, which I think is awesome, somewhere where that student can get practical experience. And I've seen a couple of the students stay onboard after graduation, which is a testament to what kind of employers they are!

I placed an order on the app 6 days before I needed a simple pinwheel platter and a custom cake. We arrived 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time and neither were ready. Ended up waiting in store for 2 hours. Still didn't get what we ordered! I will never be going back!

Good supermarket, generally has all the same products as everyone else. Doesn't have anything that sets it apart from other supermarkets. I was looking for a milk alternative which they did not have and they had no space for (so they don't carry it) so it seems they only carry basic groceries that you can get anywhere. During one visit there was a horrible smell of raw fish, I have no idea what was going on and it permeated the entire store, it was quite off-putting so I avoided coming here for a bit over a year, now I returned to check to see if they had my alternative milk, they didn't and they also did not smell bad so it was a toss up for me. It appears tor e generally clean and is very well lit, it is a fairly large store so they have plenty of everything if you are only looking for basic groceries. So its not outstanding, but it's good for a basic supermarket.

We've been using this pharmacy for probably 10 years now. They are quick and helpful. They always have our meds and offer auto-refill which is a great service. The autodialer (or whatever it's called) let's you know when it is ready

Great place nice remodel it looks fantastic. I think if it had a Starbucks it would be a chill spot.
