There hasn’t been a review here for a while so here is one!
I personally choose this gas station over any other on my commute home for the weekly energy drink stock up (great deal on redbull) and the employees are always friendly :-)

It's no surprise why this place has such a bad rating the employees here don't even try anymore it's never later than 10 o'clock and if it does then I've missed it I think the manager needs some retraining on how to manage the morale in this place is absolutely dead you can tell none of the employees want to be there

I worked in this store for nearing a year, the employees know me well, and this is one of the only locations local, that serve micro-cubed ice.
Plus now they serve Frazil ice!
This is a neighborhood stop, where you get to know people from where you live. If you live on any street off Western Hills. Get to know this spot!

Best management this place has had in awhile is the blonde lady with glasses named Rachel. She is ALWAYS there, has superior customer service and expects the same from her staff. DK don’t let this one go! She’s a keeper and is the reason most of us have returned to this gas station.

Hours say 8pm is closing and i got there at 7:34pm. Employee “ gentlemen“ was behind the desk counting money. Several people we’re coming and going one even a gentleman knocked on the door, pointed to his watch as the employee just Shook his head were closed. So much money just walked into another store.

I go in there every day and know all of the crew by their names. They work extremely hard keeping this place clean and sanitized. They are extremely nice and very pleasant. The only time that I’ve ever seen them ever not even get mad but try to solve an issue is when a customer is being irate. Which in most circumstances. They don’t take it to heart they even tell the people have a nice day I’m sorry that we did not have the item you were looking for and of course the customer is yelling and screaming and the crew continues to have the best customer service they are great people and the people that gave them low ratings most likely are the people that are screaming and being irate

Went there and the employees were rude to my whole family and did/said uncalled stuff . And yes cuss words were said by the employees to us when we did nothing to deserve it but ask some questions. Will never go back to this location and I have been going there since I was 16 years old and I'm going to be 30 in July. They have just been going down hill
