I do not recommend this shop at all went in for loud popping noises coming from my left front and a week and a half later got charged for a suspension struts rear shocks transmission mount etc brought it home after paying almost $1,300 just to find out that the popping noise was still there husband has contacted the shop numerous times in regards to this popping noise with no recourse from the shop. Yesterday my husband contacted the shop to tell them just how bad my vehicle is due to the fact that it's now sitting on Jack's due to a tie rod that was hanging on for dear life a bad CV axle and the owner Eugene stated he would come out to look at it and never showed up my husband was out until 8:00 p.m. last night outside working on the vehicle so there was no way he drove by as we are the only house here. The owner had a chance to make things right and have failed to do so he literally put my life and my child's life in danger.

Went in for a heater core replacement, didn’t even take out the heater core, charged me 500$ and wanted to say I lied about him not doing it. 0-10 bad owner

I went in for a simple diagnostics, was lied to about the price. They overlooked the actual problem and quoted 2600 for any and everything else. Very bad experience with a bad owner!

Amazing service toon my car in as my brakes were shot after brake masters replaced the rear. Eugene was able to get it up and running and fixed the issues quickly and far better than any major or chain. As a new member to Rio community we have found our mechanic for all our car issues. Amazing!!

The Shop did a very good job replacing a clutch on my vehicle. Impressively, they got the job done from one day to the next. My only gripe was the card fee that I didn't know about until I got my bank statement. To be fair, they do have a sign taped to the counter stating a 3.75% if you pay with a card. It added right about $50 to the final cost. They did good work for me, but next time I'll be paying cash!!!

Eugene the owner is a super nice down to earth kinda guy, he and his wife make you feel welcomed. He put in our new engine and transmission. He made sure all was perfect when he installed the new crated engine we purchased from Power Train, you see I had promised my dad I would take him to visit family in California before his 100th birthday which was only a couple months away, when his health just plummeted one day he stopped eating and drinking and won't get out of bed,, but,, for aweek prior expressed how much he missed my mom his wife of 56 years that passed years ago, so needless to say he passed before we were able to visit family,. That's were Noblin Mortuary stepped in, I explained how important it was to get my dad to California and how I had failed him, so, Maritress the director, applied for permits for my husband and I to be my dad's transportation to California( his final resting place) and the the Motorcycle Guardians Association escorted Our truck,, With my Dad's Casket and Us to the Hwy, my dad was a Motorcycle Messenger for WWII so it was a promise kept. Thank you Eugene you helped us keep our word to my dad and now I'd finally resting with my mom for Eternity in the National Cemetery.Separate time when we returned from California we had to get a transmission because it went out on our way back, so, Purchased Transmission from Power Train and took the truck in at noon and at 6pm Eugene called and said come pick up your truck it's done! He is reasonably priced and will help you out with a ything you need. He deserves the Best!
