Walked in for a quote on a brake job on my moms car. Quoted accurately within Hours Dropped it off a few days later and got good service & turnaround as expected! Would recommend.
R&R did a fabulous job throughout! Having owned my own automotive facility for years i speak first hand at being able to identify poor management, employment, quoting, and communication when apparent in this field. When choosing an automotive facility to repair your vehicle, due diligence is on your part (the consumer) and i hope others will find this review more help full with future repair expectations. I see a few reviews on here in a negative light. Speaking from experience every automotive business will have unhappy people, and it is almost always when the consumer does not convey there expectation of repair details timelines or outcomes to the facility and vise versa.
This facility is not cheap and good reliable repeatable dependable labor & quality never will be.

These guy's were amazing! Very knowledgeable and just a super bunch of folks. We were broke down with a wind blade trailer with a blade on and they were able to get parts and get us back up and running. Would definitely recommend them!

I broke down on the side of the road I was so happy I seen Juan and Chato they are very knowledgeable replaced my hub on the side of the road and got me up and running in an hour or so

I took my car in for a simple issue, it wasn't starting without a jump, I knew it was either the battery or the starter, left it here, got a call the next day stating the issue it was the battery and it also had an leak, so it needed a valve cover gasket, when I asked about the valve cover gasket, Jessica said, well if you don't fix it, your fluids could drain out causing engine problems, she quoted me $534.12 with taxes, of course I thought yikes! But I agreed but now looking at these people's reviews I see that is their answer to most upset people's reviews, is we agreed to the charges, yes, but here's my issue though, I went to pick up my car the next day, and Wow! Was I in absolute shock when I picked up my car and I saw the breakdown of the charges! They charged me $316.58 for a battery!! I immediately said to them, "you guy's charged me $318.58 for a battery"!, Roger says to me, well, it's an Interstate battery, the best battery, you can take it anywhere if you ever have any issues", that maybe so, but I told Roger, my car is 23 years old and has over 200,000 miles on it, why would I put a $300 battery in it? When I was told they were getting the parts locally I didn't think they meant, locally in their shop, the battery is literally there in the shop! Well, I drive off, immediately my son and I notice my car is doing this pulling towards me, never did before, I call them and tell them this, they say bring it back, Roger gets in it and of course it doesn't do it, he offers a $50 refund, my son accepted it immediately, I drive off of course it starts pulling towards me, at this point I'm done. So my son wants ice-cream, we drive to get some, as I'm sitting in the ice cream shop, I immediately see the front of my car, driver's side front turn signal light is missing, I'm like are you kidding me? I call Roger, he says let me check with my technician, he comes back and says "Yeah, my technician says he only touched the battery", I said, "of course you guy's are going to say that"!, at this point, I'm done! I hang up, my day is ruined, I have my car with a $318 battery in it, probably more than the car is worth! A missing driver's side turn signal light gone, and it's pulling towards me, they say they only touched the battery, but remember they also did something with a valve cover gasket! So not a good experience for me.

Was broke down on the side of the interstate. Lucky for me Juan and Chato stopped in the service truck and had me rolling in just a few minutes!

Stopped by just to ask pricing for replacing a serpentine belt. Being a woman by myself I was a bit nervous stopping by a mechanic shop, ignorance to the trade and all. I was given a breakdown of cost and they did every effort to get the part ASAP. 2 hours later I was picking up my car! 20 stars for customer service not always comfortable a woman by herself to take care of some things.

We broke down on the Clines Corners exit last week. Juan and Gilbert happened to be driving by and stopped to see if we needed assistance. They were very knowledgeable and professional and were able to get our truck repaired so we could get home!! Much better than a tow truck!Service: Auto water leak repair

We took our semi in it to over 2 weeks to get it back. They had the head off outside. They told us that it was back together, my co-driver went by and it was still apart. Been out on the road and finding thing not tighten properly. Because of that we bought a 3000.00 dollar filter that we probably didn't need just because they didn't tighten down a sencer. We will never take it back there.

I need work done on my car and went to them for help. I knew what was wrong with my car and told them so. They gave me a quote for almost 900$. To fix the problem I said was wrong plus 3 other parts. I said never mind so they charged me a 100$ estimate fee and sent me on my way. I went to Oriellys bought all the parts they said I needed and paid a friend to put the parts on and spent 320$. I feel they tried to take advantage of me and will never go there again.Services: A/C installation & repair
