We took the lessons and found the instructions very well thought out and instructional. We came back the next day and skied and snowshoed.

Have never skied at all, much less Nordic skiing. They were great! We took a beginner lesson on Monday. Then came back on Tuesday for more. Recommend very highly.

Enchanted Forest is New Mexico's largest — and only — full-service cross country ski area. We offer a full rental shop, cross country ski lessons, snowshoe rentals with self-guided or guided snowshoe treks, ski patrol, a retail shop, and snack bar, all from our comfy day lodge and lesson area. With 32 km of ski trails, and 18 km of snowshoe trails we offer plenty of terrain for anyone to have fun. We also offer nearly year-'round upscale yurt camping rentals (this is not recommended during "mud season" as the snow is melting!).
