Old lady at the front counter was reluctant to make a simple color copy. She grumbled the entire time. When I asked for a darker copy she literally insulted me. Was going to walk out, when a young man came in and assisted right away when I explained what I needed. He darkened the copy and was professional and competent, though I could see he was on his way to attend to other duties in the store. If the old lady is the person representing their services on a daily basis, it is too bad. Want to patronize local, but with lack of professionalism like hers, will likely take my business out of town next time.
