What a perfect little RV park located about 3 miles from the downtown area of Taos. The park appears to be recently renovated with large, level crushed stone parking spots that are typical of this area. Bathrooms and showers were also recently renovated and were absolutely SPOTLESS. Traffic noise was very minimal, especially at night. All0in-all a great RV spot for the night or a few days to explore the Taos area.

Absolutely one of the best Rv parks we have stayed in. Very clean and well maintained. The couple running the park are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in site 3 in a fifth wheel for 10 days. No complaints whatsoever.

3.5 miles from downtown Taos and nice bike lanes. The campground is all stone, small and quaint. If you need to come out of the boondocks for a few nights or you are staying in Taos for a little while, it is a really nice spot.

A great place to pull your travel trailer into for a few days as we did. It is easy to find and get in and out of and the woman that ran the place was so nice. Great facility and clean.

We had a great experience here. We messed up the dates on a reservation at another RV park and were scrambling for a place to stay or be forced to head back home. Luckily when I called, someone had just canceled their reservation and the owner was very helpful in getting us checked in. All amenities were great, super clean and recently renovated bathrooms, well lit at night, and close to restaurants in Taos. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice little park that is under going renovations. The sites are clean and level. The bathrooms are brand new and spacious. You can’t beat the location! Our one irritation is the excessive dog barking at night. Neighborhood dogs behind the RV park bark and howl at all hours of the night and get some of the dogs in the RV park going.

Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. We paid $45/night. A bit over priced for out of season. The photos show plenty of trees, but they cost extra and only a few shaded spots. Most of the testaurants near by do not allow dogs. Would have given 5 Stars if the price was $30/night.

Well kept and clean, shady rv park with restroom facilities. Wonderful hosts! Cute log tiny house and three other Airstream rentals. Great spots for large rigs and some pull-throughs. Full hookups. Renovating dog park area. Beautiful flowerbeds. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay here again while in Taos.Safety: Safe location.

Under new ownership and is a work in progress. It is not a resort, just a large lot with a great location.Great wifi!Very quiet, spacious lots, no hassle, and great location next to sagebrush inn (great bar) and there's a taco stand across the street (great breakfast tacos). Super close to the local gym/tennis club and a short drive to downtown. The whole thing is loose, large gravel. which makes it hard to get level and to get traction.

This place has zero amenities and is drastically overpriced. No picnic tables, grilles, clubhouse, laundry or even lawn games. Bring absolutely everything you need. There is a small chain link area that is labeled dog park but so far we have only seen the trailer next to it leave their two big dogs in it all day. Wifi is spotty at best towards the back of the park as there are no repeaters installed. The bathrooms are decent but have no air so they are hot.We are a coast to coast member and they aim to honor that but they charge a $35 resort fee and $6 for electric a day. With the coast to coast fee it brings the cost to what is advertised on their site as daily rates. Not much of a discount.

I really loved this place for the service. The gal running it was just great and was so very nice and met our needs that she didn't have to cause we were just there one night but she was so very understanding and just great. Only bummer is it's right In town and neighborhood around them and had to listen to persons from said neighborhood fight and cuss each other. Not great for a 7yr and 4yr old granddaughters with us. But the place itself is great

The spots are all gravel and pretty uneven. It was a struggle to get level enough for sleep. Otherwise if you have auto levelers or stand jacks it's a great place to stay!

This RV park was ok. We arrived and someone was clearly in the site we booked. Thank goodness they did have another site open for us. The grounds are not that well maintained (weeds around the perimeter) but the bathrooms were new and clean. All of the water and electrical worked fine. The dog space is so tiny that you can barely throw a ball in it to exercise your dog. There was just no curb appeal. Not sure I would come back.
